Absolutely terrible service. I drove an hour to pick up an order that I had confirmed would be ready today (Thursday thanksgiving day ). When I arrived, they claimed they "didn't have it written down," even after I showed them proof that I had called ahead. No apology, no effort to make it right--just excuses. I've shopped around for a Spiderman piñata and although most are super cute, they're also pretty pricey. Do not come here. I asked for a custom piñata for Mickey Mouse safari. I wanted the piñata to be yellow, green, brown, and orange like the regular safari pic with a Mickey Mouse safari picture in the middle. Do not order frames from here!! I went in the beginning of June asked for a mickey theme with black boarding I also asked if they could mix in racing theme since they didn't have any mickey roadster racers she said ok. She said they usually take up to 2 weeks... a whole month passes until it's ready my kids dad goes picks it up by himself and then I realized the letters were already falling off it just was not what I expected and doesn't look like it would take a month to make. only reason I'm not going back to complain is because i live 45 min away. I usually come here for all of my party supplies here. I came a week ago to order a piñata. I purchased it and saved my receipt. Today I came to pick it up and the man at the counter whom I believe is the owner starts asking me for proof of my order. I told him I think I have the receipts and he responded yelling at me asking me for the photo on my phone??? I was so confused I was looking through my purse and I told him I don't have any order I only have the receipt. He proceeded to yell at me in front of a line of customers. He told me I should know that I need to have my piñata order request paper on my phone because they make all customers take a photo of the order request. I told him that no employee had told me to take a picture of it on my phone otherwise I would have. I showed him the receipt that specifically states piñata. He yells some more and says that's not sufficient. He throws a book on his counter and states" see because you don't have your order paper I have to go through this book look at all of these orders I need to go thru" As he swifts thru notebook he finally finds my order. He went to get the piñata, I grabbed it and left. If he is the owner I would be embarrassed if I were him the way he yelled at me was disgusting. I will never come back to this place again I would rather drive to any other party store than to ever step foot here. Horrible unprofessional man! read more

I called yesterday to see if they sold meat. They do, and at a very reasonable price. I went there Today 10-8-17. I was amazed at everything they have, piñatas, candy, Mexican candy, chips, candy buffet supplies, cake and cupcake supplies and packaging, bday party decore and baby shower favors. Omg I was in heaven. I ended up buying way more than intended. They have bulk cups and plates and a discount if you buy in bulk. Ex. 1 bag of chips was $1.20 but buy 10 and get them for $0.99 each. We always start with the smallest kid to hit the piñatas so for they don't even hit hard and sure enough as soon as the fist kit hit the piñatas they were already falling apart. The bottom part was all falling off and I didn't even put a lot of candy so it wouldn't be so heavy, so they just don't put to much effort in making them anymore I guess. Sucks to Leave a bad review but it is what it is. I went by on Thursday after work to see if they had any packs of tissue paper in yellow and bright pink, which they didn't. If I can leave negative stars I would. I have been to this store many times, each time leaving very happy with plenty of hard to find candy. I went on Fri 7/20 to purchase flour to make tortillas. This flour is very hard to find but I have bought it here before so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I did find the flour and on sale. I purchased 4 bags, when I got home I noticed bugs on the outside of the bags I opened one bag and it was crawling with brown and white worms. I closed the bag and got in the car right away to return them. On the way I called spoke to Carlos and let him know what was going on. Once I got there he argued with me a bit over the price of the items, luckily I had my receipt. He handed me my money and said next to the customer behind me. I didn't get any explanation, an apology, or even anything in exchange for the inconvenience. He was very short with me as if I did something wrong. Once I got home I called back and asked for his name and told him how I felt and I should be calling the board of health. That's when he freaked out and apologized and said what do you want whatever it is I will give you just don't make any calls. I explained to him how rude he was and gave him my name and number so the manager or owner can call me. A few minutes later I got a call for his brother the manager who said they did nothing wrong. The expiration date on the bag was still good so he's calling the distributor. He said his brother Carlos was new and he apologized for his behavior and he's throwing the bags of flour away and cleaning the shelves and this would be the end of this conversation. I told him, that's it we're done? He answered yes I'm done with this situation apologized once more and hung up. I will not be going back to this store ever again. Not only because of the unsanitary items they sell or the way over priced candy but also because of their rude customer service. I will buy my candy from the indoor swapmeet if I need to. I was so grossed out seeing those bugs that I don't ever want to step foot in that store, who knows what else is infested in that store. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY. CHECK YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY. I had no idea a circus theme pinata was going to be so difficult to find and I had no time to order anything. I literally went to 6 party supply stores before someone recommended "El Surtidor" and suddenly my search was over. They were able the change the picture in the middle for me and it came out better than I had expected! Rodrigo was extremely helpful and accommodating. The pinata was huge and great quality. (Make sure you have an extra strong stick to hit the "star" pinatas... they are so strong that it took a while to break but hey-- more fun!) Also, we found very cool bouncy balls to put in favor boxes that light up and all the kids LOVED them. Very reasonable prices and huge selection. Clean and organized store. Worth the drive! read more
