I am the social committee chair for our ladies' philanthropic, educational organization called P.E.O., and I was looking for an entertainer for our Christmas party luncheon. One of my neighbors is an Elvis impersonator, so I decided to ask him if he would entertain at our luncheon and he agreed. Several months before the event, he let me know that he could not do it, so I began my search for another Elvis since I had already told the ladies to expect an Elvis. After previewing several videos from other impersonators, I contacted Brian Cox along with a few others who looked promising. Of ALL the others, Brian stood out for his ELVIS VOICE (nailed it!), his prompt response to my inquiries, his reasonable price, and his professionalism. I hired him, keeping my fingers crossed that he would be at least as good as he seemed. Not only did he deliver on all his promises, he EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS on every level!! Prior to the event, he spoke by speaker phone to the ladies at two of our meetings, causing our event to have an explosion of participation. He and his girlfriend Connie arrived on time and ready to perform, looking stunning in his white jumpsuit. When he opened his mouth to sing and perform, I was mesmerized. His velvety voice brought the house down. He brought the six men we had in attendance out on the dance floor to "teach" them some Elvis moves. OMG - those guys really got into it and everyone had SO MUCH FUN!! We even had the employees and other customers of the Stallion Mountain Golf Club coming out from the back rooms to peak in on all the excitement. AMAZING!!! My mom hired Elvis to surprise our aunt on her 90th birthday. It was above and beyond anything we expected. PartyZams came thru better than I had expected. I hired PartyZams - or I should say Brian - with the expectation that something like the Mad Hatter could bring some happiness to my 49 year-old sister who was in the hospital due to a very violent auto accident which changed her life forever. And boy oh boy did he come through! He brought a smile, a couple corny jokes, flowers, candy, balloons, gifts and more than a few laughs. My sister was surprised, thought he was "fantastic", loved the costume - all the details, the skit, being sung to and thoroughly enjoyed herself. Brian was able to achieve all this while in a hospital setting. Wow, Brian's performance as Elvis made a fun party a great memorable event. His friendly personality made everyone comfortable and everyone joined in to have a great time. His customization of the songs to fit the occasion added to the personalization of his performance. Once again, Brian helped me curate such a unique birthday gift and did so with perfection. This time he took on the form of Rocky Balboa for my older brother. He really brought the character to life, using props and references to encompass the theme. This is the second time I have used Partyzams to express a happy birthday to someone special, and again, it was a huge hit!
