Starting with the director Carlos who was very professional and responded promptly to text and phone messages. The appointment process was smooth and tech friendly. Carlos called to confirm a few days ahead and this gave me piece of mind since we were traveling to Vegas from LA. The mariachi arrived punctually and they looked very polished. I sent a list of songs ahead and they played them all plus honored our requests. The musicians were very young looking which was nice since we had a lot of teens in our party.
