A Rep was sent out from the company, took photos of the damage, uploaded them to the company and gave me a price to repair the shingles. I agreed on the price, he and another employee completed the work. Fast forward less than a year the shingles repaired have fallen off again, I reached out to company to see if it was covered by warranty, after a day of them trying to find my file, they informed me the Rep that came wasn't employed with them any longer and basically because he didn't input my repair info in their system or completed a contract with me, they will not repair it. Very disappointing considering at the time I made contact with the company, the Rep was employed and dispatch by them, he also did the repairs with another Rep who is still employed with them. As a customer I didn't know their process of being issued a contract by the Rep, I'm a retired military veteran...I was just glad I found what I thought was a reputable company that were able to do the small repair at an affordable price. Unfortunately, because it was such a small repair I did pay in cash and assumed the rep will email me a receipt, and I didn't do a follow-up as I was happy to get the repair done and I didn't further think about it...lessoned learned. However, I'm more upset this company Rep who called to inform me they won't redo the work tried to change wording of my conversation with their office the day prior with another employee as for info that was in their system of the completed repair work. I even sent my text comms with the Rep which clearly shows he did the repairs. I can't imagine the excuse this company will give when it comes to honoring their warranty on a larger roof repair. Conveniently she stated the Rep wasn't working with them shortly after the first contact as if I should have known. UNSAT!!
