My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' Thought I was dropping it off but was sent home with a car with an open sunroof with some crash wrap that didn't hold up. Replacement took longer than expected, and when my wife brings it home the headliner was dirty, falling down and the hand grab bards are missing parts. The sunroof is missing parts. Next big rain and my car is flooded. So they ask to bring it in so they can take pictures and order a new part not one with dry rotted seals but when we get there they want us to come back for a water test. I don't have the time to do this 6 times. I could have went anywhere and wished I had went anywhere else.

First, we were waiting for parts. They refused to start repair until supplement was approved by third party company. I took initiative and paid partial payment for repairs after 3 weeks of waiting. Once repairs were deemed "complete," we waited for an alignment that took two business days, and now that the alignment is complete, one of the tire sensors were not placed correctly... so now we wait some more. As the owner of a transportation company with a large fleet, the wait time for repairs has been a huge inconvenience & we have been customers of other Maaco locations in the past. There are spots where paint is missing, and multiple scratched. Also area that were wet sanded, and still have dirt in the paint. I told the manager, I was displeased and he said that "he said he only charged $600, so there would be imperfections". I clearly explained what my expectations were upfront, and he gave me the quote based off that. I now have a brand new 2022 truck with a cap that has scratches and blemishes.
