They didn't ask for a paint code before starting work. 4.) They only took payment in forms that can't be refunded, like venmo and zelle. My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' Like they do to other similar reviews from other people that were ghosted by them.

Replacement took longer than expected, and when my wife brings it home the headliner was dirty, falling down and the hand grab bards are missing parts. The sunroof is missing parts. Next big rain and my car is flooded. So they ask to bring it in so they can take pictures and order a new part not one with dry rotted seals but when we get there they want us to come back for a water test. I don't have the time to do this 6 times. I could have went anywhere and wished I had went anywhere else.
