Our vehicle was in a minor fender bender, they got us on the books quickly. Had the vehicle for 2 weeks. When we picked up the vehicle I noticed some minor flaws. After getting it home noticed finger prints in the paint, bolts missing from bumper and the exhaust hanging un level, exhaust hanger not connected, plastic rivets not flush cut & body lines not correct. We brought the vehicle back to have everything fixed and it was all "repaired" that same day. But the bumper is still not correctly aligned and pry marks from a panel tool. Their communication was poor and the service manager seemed to have an excuse for everything.

Not here, it was part of what they do. But that is not the real reason I'm writing this review. My wife brought me to the shop in her Lexus which is a 2011 Lexus (almost 10 year old car) with just under 200,000 miles on it. While we did take good care of it, nonetheless it clearly showed its age, especially on the leather seats which were dirty and had some scratches on them. Upon seeing the before/after pictures on Total Recon's web site, I asked if they could fix this car up, not really knowing what I was asking for. They said "yes" and I took this car in for a total reconditioning. I, and everyone I have shown the car to afterwards are totally amazed. It truly looks like it came right off the show room floor like when we bought it.

Thought I was dropping it off but was sent home with a car with an open sunroof with some crash wrap that didn't hold up. Replacement took longer than expected, and when my wife brings it home the headliner was dirty, falling down and the hand grab bards are missing parts. The sunroof is missing parts. Next big rain and my car is flooded. So they ask to bring it in so they can take pictures and order a new part not one with dry rotted seals but when we get there they want us to come back for a water test. I don't have the time to do this 6 times. I could have went anywhere and wished I had went anywhere else.

I spoke with Joe, the manager, several times. Today, being one of them. He states that he uploaded the information into State Farm portal 8 days ago and received no response. Without my constant intervention in this process there is NO communication. At the mention of having my attorney handle this process. JOE hangs up the phone; Uncertain if that was racist... But certain that it was disrespectful. Not the best move. Not professional. Does not follow through. No system of accountability. Pass the buck. Would NEVER recommend. Scam.
