they car before had a great interaction with Salvador when I went to get my condenser replaced because that was not working. They that as well. I brought a suction line that I thought I They ended up telling me that it was a wrong fit yet when I got there after being told my car was ready they had placed the suction was the wrong fit in my car, not even Salvador lied to my face, saying it was the old one that I originally came with. He told my friend to shut up and get out of his shop very unprofessional and disrespectful would not recommend anyone ever go here again. read more

Carlos showed up when I needed someone most and he and his team did an amazing job with my vehicle. I was in and out! I met him through very sad tears and left shortly after with extremely grateful tears. Not many people go above and beyond to help a stranger, but Carlos and Fox Auto sure did and I can't thank them enough! I just had some extensive body work done by Fox Auto on my 2003 Acura. The job involved both repairing and painting as well as replacing the front bumper. I could not be more pleased with the work they performed and would highly recommend them. I highly recommend Fox Auto Services. I do not often leave a review after a service, however I felt it necessary this time to let everyone know if they are in need of an auto repair, you should strongly consider Fox. I discovered Fox through a Google search and was very impressed with their website. I was even more impressed once I contacted Fox and begin dealing with Salvador. He explained everything including the repairs to my car and how he would deal with the insurance company. He also set up my rental car (covered by my insurance). The step by step process was efficient, detailed, fast, and he saved me money. I hope I do not need auto repairs often, but if I do, Fox Auto Services is definitely my repair shop. read more

Fox Auto Services brought my car back to life - it got to the point where I was going to end up getting a new car but I fell in love with my car, all over again, all thanks to Fox Auto. The staff is professional, understanding and knowledgeable. They keep you informed and give you all the details such as what is wrong with your car, what needs to be changed and how they plan on doing so - this was mind-blowing to me for the fact that I've been to many body shops prior to this one and I've never received this type of service at the body shops I've been to. I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to have found Fox Auto Services! I was around the area for business purposes and I was parked in the business complex across from Fox Auto Services when I noticed that my car got hit on the Driver Side. I went in for what I thought was just an estimate.. but I was wrong. WHEN I TELL YOU I LEFT THAT SHOP WITHOUT A WORRY IN MY BODY.. I'm not kidding.. I went in and met the team for Fox Auto Services. Salvador and Alex (Managers) are the most knowledgable people there. I explained my situation and they immediately informed me that I could put in an insurance claim, so they helped me with the claim process. I basically called it in to my insurance and got a claim number. Once I got the claim number Fox Auto Services took care of the rest! I didn't have to deal with any Car insurance headaches! Which was the best thing on my end because WHO likes dealing with auto insurance claims? no one! I have been to many body shops for sure, but I have not been to one like this. They are efficient, loyal and honest! They are some of the most professional people I have ever met and Charismatic as well. They kept me informed of all the repairs they were doing on my car. I got pictures and videos sent to my phone every 2 day and I was so happy that i got to see each step that my car was going through in order to get it back to perfection!!! Salvador definitely explained each process to full detail (loved this because I don't know anything about cars). They also gave me a breakdown of everything they did to my car, so if anything happens and I take my car to another shop and ask who had worked on my car and what has been done, I can show them the breakdown! I can give this shop 100 stars if I could. Fox auto turned my worst nightmare into a miracle. I was involved in accident with my brand new car. Of course, I had to pay out of pocket for the repair but with their prices it was sooooo reasonable . My car's color was was difficult to get right but they got it right the first time. I was super impressed with their Communication. They kept me informed at all times and took pictures of the work to make sure the job was done.
