This place is primarily interested in separating you from your vehicle so they can run up your insurance claim, delay repairs - because they're understaffed, and extend your rental for their in-house hertz representative (can you say conflict-of-interest?). The clerical staff is nice but COMPLETELY useless. They repeat company policy and turn people away unless they're manager is their to tell them what to do. read more

*****GEICO CUSTOMERS BEWARE****** Please avoid this place and the claim adjusters that work for GEICO. The most horrible experience I've ever had. My husband hit a pothole on I-10 in Beaumont on his way to work. Extensive driver side damage. Never heard from anyone, we were the ones having to reach out. Truck was suppose to be ready on Feb 14th but was not. Of course we had to reach out, then it turned out to not be ready until the 1st. When my husband checked the truck out he noticed the put the same tire he hit the pothole with on the truck!!!! That is completely unacceptable. My husband left it there. So on the 8th enterprise notified my husband that the adjuster refused to cover the cost of the rental after Feb14th even though the truck was not ready. So we have a $911 charge. There was no courtesy call which of course would have made all the difference cause then we would have worked something out. But we were completely blindsided. Again it goes back to the adjuster, the claims customer service rep AND enterprise both stated this. I was able to get a hold of the adjuster and he was going to put it through. Not sure why it wasn't done from the jump which again is shady business practices. This morning we went to go pick up the truck and reluctantly my husband paid the deductible fist because he was told he had to do to get the keys. He wanted to drive accompanied by a shop worker but they refused. And of course he was given the whole "make sure you bring it back right away if there's any problems " and what do you know?, brake lights don't turn on and my husband hears an air leak when he pushes the gas. He took it back just for them to tell him that they are done with his claim and refused to take it back. At this point I'm fine with that and I don't trust these ppl for shit. Best believe I'm not going down without a fight or letting this slide. Completely unacceptable, and if anyone wants to refute my claims call me, message me. I have no problems backing up this review. Also adjusters just want to pawn us off on someone else, lack basic customer service skills and don't want to take responsibility for not wanting to properly handle the claim. Bad service overall. Took truck in to repair paint due to tornado damage but quality of paint job left a lot to desire. They do not have the abilities needed to perform the job. Mediocre service to say the least. Took longer than promised and ended paying rental out of pocket for extending the rental. Now my truck has leaks from luggage rail that was not installed properly, foggy headlight, truck inside was left with stains from when they did work on it. Avoid this place to avoid a big headache. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Used this place because our insurance used. The first time the car was there, they didn't properly assess the wreck job, had to bring the car back due to them not replacing the rear suspension cradle. They stood by that- and saw the rear wheel was still bent out. Human error is possible. We brought the car back, that was replaced. When picking up the car the last time, we had to immediately bring it back due to the traction control lights flashing on when going 60 ish. Now they say its the transmission-it clearly is not considering it drove fine until they did the suspension work. We live out of town as well-no issues. Not to mention upon looking under the car they brake line is just hanging out under there not clamped or anything. Definitely not impressed with the quality of work they do. read more

We took our 2018 GMC in to get repaired after it was stolen and all I can say is Cesar has been very attentive to all out needs and has surpassed all our expectations and even after numerous new details arose he was very attentive and Feliciana and meeting all of our needs and expectations. I took my car in for an appraisal I thought, the next day I got an estimate I called my lead 3 hours later to let him know I was not going to get the repairs, I asked him what has been done he replied "we only took the bumper off and the headlight" it was a small nitch so I decided to not worry about even repairing the car. I came in to pick it up and he said "they have to put the bumper and light back on" I said ok 2 minutes later he said it was done, and at this time he changed and said "we primed it already" I was in shock because he said they only took the bumper and light off, now the bumper and light are back on and you cannot see the original tiny nicks because THEY PUT PRIMER ALL OVER THE FRONT END AND ALSO THE BUMPER THEY HAD TAKEN OFF, They obviously primed it after I refused service and also after they replaced the bumper, I have the photos. I am possibly filing a small claim and contacting the BBB. This either was retaliation or a cover up of the tiny niches that my repair man says he could have buffed out. read more

I am so glad i picked for my Jeep to get fixed here. They are very helpful and i couldn't even tell that it was damaged before.

Currently have my vehicle at this shop, went to get the final estimate but when I asked the lady in the front to give me a copy, she declined the first time and just told me my total without an invoice. When I went back the second time and asked again for my invoice, she gave it to me but with attitude. This place needs to get someone that actually wants to do their job and not give customers little attitude. read more

Don't go here, they don't know what they are doing!!! I took my vehicle for repair in Sept 2021 and to this date they can not get a part that they removed from my door. They also left the bed of my truck all crooked I had to take it back to get it fixed and top of that they didn't connect everything correctly which cause my break fluid pump to mess up. I was in an accident and was recommended this place through Geico, so i trusted it. I called a couple of times to figure out when it would be done and got different answers each time. Once the car was ready to be picked up, they brought out the wrong car for me and had to wait longer for them to bring out the correct one. Once my car was brought to me, he told me they had to jump start my battery and that i should get it replaced, so i did. But before that i had realized that my headlight that was replaced would not turn off even after turning the car off and locking it. There was also a fan running even when the car was off. So i know that once they "fixed" it they did not do anything about that leaving them to drain my battery which was running fine before taking it here. My a/c was also not working either and living in Houston you know how that can be. I went back to the place and asked them to take a look at it because I did not come in with these problems. They told me it was a short and that there was nothing they could do about it. They took a look at my invoice and stated they did not touch anything that would have caused these problems simply to cover their tracks. I talked to my insurance and they told me to bring it back and i did but without taking another look at it they told me the same thing. That these issues were not caused by the accident and there was nothing they could do. These issues were caused by their work and they refuse to take responsibility for it. It was fine before the accident then they "fix" it and these problems come up. Do NOT go here!! They take advantage of you and they do not work diligently for the amount of money you pay them. I dropped my car off 10 days ago. I was told it was a 4 day job, then an 8 day job, then a 10 day, now an 11 day. I have been paying for a rental out of pocket, this is known by them. Connie in the front office is the only person that has been helpful during this, and apparently the only one that can answer questions, as well. She is the only reason it's not a one star. read more

This place deserves 0 stars. I have 4 words to say...they ruined my truck! I will never ever refer anyone to this body shop. They were referred to me by the insurance company. I left the shop and didn't even make it home when my car broke down. I called and left a message to get some help any no one ever called me back.
