Keep an eye on your car. When getting air in your tires, watch them! Yesterday I had the manager make the attendant put air in the tires after the wash. The attendant purposely skipped the tire maintenance thinking on one was was watching. Manager states he has done this before. If you have a SUV, open the hatch back. They will not open it and dry all the water inside. Same with the windows. Lower the windows and raise them up. Have them dry all the water. Once you drive away you end up cleaning the inside yourself. read more

I have taken my car (usually filthy by the time I get around to it) for years, and the service has always been top notch. After the car wash, the guys do a get job getting it ready. Today they went above and beyond. My car had been a bird poo receptacle while I was gone on vacation, and I told them not to go crazy afterward on the stuff that was left and I'd bring my car in next week for another wash. Instead, they took the time to scrape off the crap before the wash, and then after the wash even more was removed. My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it. Been coming here off and on for a long time. Today they directed me to a lane that was longer that the others. I sat there for ages before they told me that the owner of the car in front of me didn't leave his keys. I had watched 3 or 4 cars be processed ahead of me in the right lane I had initially pulled in to. They had plenty of room to move my car over to the other lane. When I complained at the cashier's counter, the lady asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. I said yes and when he showed up, he was incredibly rude and defensive. He told me he can refund me and "not wash my car", despite me explaining that I came here all the time with multiple cars, and my car was already being washed. He then told me "no service for you" and walked away. I'm astounded. There is no shortage or car washes in this area and to be that blatantly disrespectful to a long time customer defies understanding. All I had asked for was some acknowledgment of the extra 10 minutes that his staff had cost me. This place is great if you need a light cleaning. And I mean a LIGHT cleaning. It's $16.99 for an exterior wash, vacuum, interior wipe down, and interior/exterior glass cleaning. Not a bad deal if you're car is already decently clean. The exterior wash was just fine, but the interior cleaning left much to be desired. The price is completely unjustified for the quality of wash. I paid $21.99 + $5 tip to be left with filthy rims and poorly cleaned interior. What was really upsetting was that the only rim that was somewhat cleaned was the front driver's side rim, the only one I'd glance at while walking to get into my car. I paid $17.99 for the car wash. I also tipped $3.00. After the car was "washed" and dried, the car's passenger door bottom still had mud on it. When I pointed this out was taken care of. I then noticed windows had water stains. When I brought this up to the front desk a manager was brought forward they refused to clean the water spots (after the car was just washed) they told me I would have to pay for detail to get those removed. Your car does get vacuumed before entering the wash. One of the guys will give you a ticket to take inside to the register. I recently brought my car here for a hand wash and wax, and when everything was finished, I saw two workers going over my car with a fine-toothed comb/brush, for any blemishes or "things" they didn't get out. A supervisor even got involved for a few minutes. I think they pay much closer attention to my car than I do!! (and believe me - I'm pretty anal about keeping my car nice and shiny). Car looked brand new, and everything was perfectly clean inside and out. I asked and they use Lexol leather care products, which are some of the best leather care products that money can buy. Granted, I took my car in on a day when I don't think they were that busy, but I really appreciate the attention to detail. P.S. I wish I had pulled up at 6:01 and they denied me service. They do a half ass job. They didn't vacuum my back seat or remove the trash from my truck when I even left the trunk open for them. They didn't clean the license plate either. They do not clean anything fully. I paid $30 for what amounted to a quick $6 drive through gas station car wash. If I could give this place negative stars, I'd give them -10 of them! Steer clear of this place. Have gone three times, and after today, they are OUT! Today was my third and last time. I paid for their "gold" car wash. I got my car back dirty, but also smelling dirty like moldy water/rags. WTF!? Oh and the scent I paid for was nowhere. I think the moldy water smell is their version of "new car smell" perhaps. I called the manager (Victor) because after opening my trunk when I got home, and looking in the back seat it was clear they did not bother to wipe the seats, nor inside of doors, nor the inside of my trunk, nor the car instruments, to at least make it seem like they actually cleaned it. I drive a new model SUV with leather interior, so it is very easy to spot dirt and dust and also clean it, but they just didn't care whatsoever. After being on the phone with Victor and expressing my dissatisfaction and demanding a refund, he would do no such thing because it was "in their disclaimer". Again...WTF!!!? You mean to tell me that small print now allows businesses to rob people without repercussions!? I waited a little over an hour for my car, so I wasted time and money for nothing. This is my new go-to car wash :) I haven't washed my car in half a year but that's because of school. I really love my car. I used to stand there and watch him get washed so I could make sure he was ok. This place has a autowash and hand wash, as well as a zillion add on options! From the mini store/ seating area (with leather couches and free cookies) you can watch your car go through the track through big windows ! A basic is about $14 and they hand dry it outside the window by the seating so you can watch. They opened the trunk to get under the nooks and crannies and they lifted the wipers. Even opened the doors to dry the little crevasses. The first thing they do is vacuum the inside pretty well, and what I didn't realize they'd do, they moved all my crap off my floors, onto my seats. I felt so embarrassed, I had a lot of junk in there since my move. Idk how much carwashes usually are, but I wouldn't settle for anything less than what I get here for $14.
