Some are not very thorough. I noticed that the cup holders were still dirty so I asked to clean. They do not take responsibility for inadvertently changing any of your car settings due to cleaning. When my fuel efficiency light ring changed from white to red, they said they didn't know anything about it and that I should read the owner's manual to figure it out on my own. For about $20 for the most basic car wash, I expected a lot more. I've come here three times now - the first time my car was, at best, decently washed, and the second two times it just went downhill from there. Most disturbingly after the third time there were these odd, faint, swirled scratches on the trunk of my car afterwards - like an abrasive rag had been used in that portion for several swipes. I thought I was reading into it, but then my husband noted them as well a few days later without any prompting. Another slightly sketchy issue was that my car was ready in like barely ten minutes - yes, I understand that it is a team of people working, but the hurried and frantic nature of the employees results in a lot of issues being overlooked. Seems like their goal is volume and quantity rather than quality. After both my second and third wash there, the console area looked like it hadn't even been touched, and the floor had a quick vacuum at most. If I'm paying $20 for a wash, I shouldn't have to spend 15 minutes at home cleaning all the areas that were missed. The waiting room (coffee/free snacks/snacks and random stuff to purchase too) is very comfortable - probably of higher quality overall than the car washes. I have been going to this car wash for over 20 years. I live in the city and support local businesses, so despite there being other more convenient places, I've continued to go there. This review in particular was sparked by their ridiculous "rain check" policy. I got my car washed this past Thursday, $32 for a mid size SUV (about $8 more than other places). It rained for 3 consecutive days. When I called today (first sunny day since I was there) to inquire about the rain check I was told it's only valid for 3 days after original wash, rain or shine, 50% off a wash. I mentioned to the person I spoke to that Sunday it was still raining, her snarky response: "that's what I just told you, rain or shine". So I should have taken my car back in pouring rain and paid $16 to have it washed again...to go back when it's not raining, pay another $16... I'm not on board with policies that lack logic. My cars go through the machine. Truck, BMW, Prius. I come here often, nothing bad has ever happened. Once in a while the car could be drier, but I figure if I wanted a better job I should do it myself! The people are nice. You don't feel like your car disappears. The lot is large enough so you don't feel like your car is going to get scratched by the car next to it. I like that you can walk and watch your car almost the whole way down. I came here on Sunday morning for a much needed car wash. My car was filthy and after months of only visiting gas station car washes it was time for a real cleaning. I found this spot here on yelp and pulled in for a wash. I chose the platinum wash for $37.99 which came with all of the extras. The wash was pretty quick, about 30 minutes, but I must admit that it was early and not busy at all. The inside waiting room is very nice and comfortable with several big comfy leather couches to relax in, a free coffee bar with cookies, and a good amount of retail items for sale. The place was busy and thought I'd be in here for awhile. It took longer for the porter to get to me and hand me ticket than my car going into the wash. Keeping stuff off the floor and seat- no tumbling of goods in the backseat. Checking out is quick and the waiting area comfortable with leather couches and chairs. The large windows make it easy to spot your car when it's done except if you're sitting in a corner. I was out in less than 30 min, maybe 20? So many were waiting for their cars before me and I flew out of there in minutes. Well, when I arrived home, I noticed streaks of water on the passenger side. It left watermarks. I knew it must have come from the side mirror. Had to bring out the cloth and wipe it off. Hate that when that happens. I have been coming here for years. I have a luxury performance car that I am very particular about. This place was decent until today. This car is my second car that is rarely driven - is parked offstreet in a private parking area, and is covered. I am meticulous about this vehicle and know it in and out. I took the car today for the $50 wash and watched them bring the car into the car wash as I always do. The guy bringing the cars on the track kept bumping the front drivers tire against the railing. He did it to my car as well. Other times I watch this, the cars are driven smoothly into the track. As soon as my car was done, I looked at the front rim and it was damaged. I got a Manager named Victor, we looked at the footage and he tried to explain it away. Essentially telling me they are not at fault. I told him he's losing a customer that spends thousands a year there on details and washes. He told me that was my choice. Really poor customer service there. Do you think he'd maybe offer me something - a free car wash, half off a detail - something? But no. If you have a nice car or are just particular about your car, stay away from this place. Short Review: Thorough, friendly service. What more do you want in your local car wash? Long Review: I've been coming here for over 12 years. Great car wash. They are NOT fast, because they do such a thorough job on wiping down your car. I admit / depends on the guy you get as to how excellent the job is, but for the most part, they are pretty consistent. They will ALWAYS go back and get a spot they've missed or deep clean something you need. So, for that, I'm appreciative. There is a store inside that is pretty well stocked with cards, candy, after-market car fare - you know, same old car wash stuff - but this one actually provide free coffee and cookies all day long. And free lollipops too! ALL the employees are very friendly, honest, and remember you if you're a regular. All in all, a pleasant experience. Just make sure you reserve 30-40 minutes when you come, especially on the weekends. They do about 500-600 cars per day on Sat and Sun if you can believe that!! read more

This place is the worse for auto detailing. I'm extremely disappointed- in addition to the horrible quality, they damaged the interior of my car and didn't even tell me. I noticed after I drove off and was about 3 miles. When I called to tell them about the damage and that I was coming back, I was told we close soon (as if...). When I got there and showed them the damage the response was we need to find out what happened (really?). I spoke with the manager and told him it is unacceptable to damage my car and not tell me so that we can work out a resolution. He offered me a free gold wash. I did not accept and told him the only way he would see me again at this car wash is if I discover additional damage. Just had the most amazing experience at a car easy of all places. This isn't your tipical car wash. I just watch these guys clean the hell out of my work truck. My plumbing with truck at that. It honestly looks and smells like when I first got it. Mind you it's a 19 but still. Not too bad. I recommend this place. I've been coming here quite a bit since 2014-ish? They've been very consistent. Yes, there are times where they missed a spot or don't completely polish up my car, but I can appreciate their decent customer service and they're never not looking like they don't give effort. They do. More often than not I would say they do a good job. Also of all the other car wash places I've been around, this place also makes an effort to make themselves more presentable.
