I went this morning for the first time. The staff outside was really nice. The waiting room is nice and the free cookies and coffee are definitely a plus. I was satisfied with the job they did on my car, especially since I only paid around $20. I did take off a star however, because of the person working the front desk. She was unfriendly and was on the phone when she rang me up. Then I bought some mats and once again she just ignored me until she had to take my card. When I went out, the guys were nice enough to place the mats for me in my car. Overall, a good experience minus the cashier. read more

Just took my car here for the first time hoping it's as good as my usual place. The job was quick, but very sloppy. There's still a lot of dog hair on all the seats and mats. I'm disappointed and won't be returning unfortunately. read more

I'll be careful visiting here they leave lot of scretch on your car. Happened to be twice. I been here three times... first I brought my wife's car and it was great. Problem started on second time when I visit there... it was during weekend and shop was busy. Has a Silver wash done and our car was being waxed and clean. And I realized guy was wearing thick watch on his left hand. I was vary worried guy might scretch our car but decided to trust him.... man... I was wrong.... large scretch was left on front right side of our car... it wasn't deep scretch... but was thick and visible. Think it was coated layer that was damaged. Had to pay 35 dollars to fix it in other shop.... Now... third time.... I felt the shop needs a another chance... and I didn't felt like going to other shop thats further... brought my other car here to have hand wash.... because of other incident I checked my car after the cleaning.... then.. multiple scretch are around front bumpers again.... And that was final straw for me.... never gonna com back here again. Avoid this car wash if you care about your car. read more

In a word TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Paid for the Gold wash and it was more like a nickel wash. Didn't even have any fragrance in the car. The side of the windows were still dirty and didn't even open my trunk to get the water residual which can build up there. Maybe it was a one event thing but then they'll need to work on consistency. Probably will not be going back (If I do maybe for just the basic car wash)!!!! read more

The best thing about this carwash is the oversized leather sofas and indoor snack shop. The wash itself is only adequate. The exterior of your car will be clean and the interior will always be just shy of clean. read more

STAY AWAY!! I brought a brand new (3 day old!) car here for a hand wash at 4 pm on Thursday march 23rd. They not only scratched both my front and rear fenders, but admitted it was their fault. After numerous back and forth with the manager (victor cordova) they tried to spot wax them out. After this Victor stated that he agreed at least one was still there, and that he couldn't see the other. I thought this very odd given that not only could I plainly see it, his other members of staff continued to tell me it was still there and that they could see it. In addition to messing up the finish on my car, there was still numerous handprints, bugs on my windshield etc. After extensive frustration on my part victor informed me that he "would give me a free wash". Awesome - this wash is probably going to cost me at least 150-200 to get the scratches fixed (if I am lucky) and you are willing to mess up my car again for free? I asked for a refund at the very least, and was told that they have a strict no refund policy. So to be clear, even after taking responsibility for ruining the finish on a brand new car their response as a business is essentially "go ____ yourself". In summary, do not go here if you care about your car at all. If anyone wants to reach out to correct your mistake or rectify the situation in any way whatsoever, I was the black BMW m2 at the date and time stated above, and you can reach me directly here, as you certainly won't ever be seeing myself or anyone I know at your establishment ever again. read more

This car wash is great! They always have free snacks while you wait in a lovely air conditioned room for your car! The bathroom is also clean. It's all around just a lovely experience for the customer. My car is also always cleaned nicely. Worth every penny to me! read more

Very unprofessional, they don't really clean the car. Very bad service. They charge very much. I have to go and ask them again to vacuum and I bought spray and clean it myself since they did not clean the car and didn't even take the trash out from the doors. I hate to write bad reviews, but these guys have definitely earned it. They have a nice indoor lounge with cookies and pretzels, hence the one star. Their car wash however leaves a lot to be desired. The last time I took my car there, the solution they used on the windows damaged the UV coating on my rear windows. When I complained they told me that it was a problem with the window tint. I took my car to the volvo shop and they said that my tinting was factory tint and the solution was the issue. I didn't go back for a year, but today I stupidly decided to give them a shot (mainly for the lounge). I asked the guy to NOT use their normal solution, he promised me that they wouldn't and proceeded to ignore my request. I paid for the $90 wash plus interior shampoo to deal with the smoothie that spilled in the car two days ago. After waiting over an hour (told it would take 45 min) I opened my car door and saw that there was still smoothie on the door (no attempt to clean it) and that most of the interior had barely been wiped clean. The shampoo job was beyond mediocre and a quick wipe with the paper brought up the dirt and smoothie still in the carpet. When I complained to the guy that despite my specific request, they had still used their normal solution, he told me he didn't want to talk to me or see me again. The manager told me that I could come back to have them re-shampoo the carpets and fully clean the interior for an additional $20. Well thanks, but no thanks. If I pay $90 for a car wash and interior shampoo and wait for over an hour for my car, I don't care how many free tin cookies you provide, I expect my car clean and I expect the guy taking the order to follow through on a specific request and be professional when called on his BS. I should have gotten the basic wash, there wouldn't have been any difference. read more

3.5 stars First visit impressions are good. Upon entry, attendants waved me through and approached with pleasant eagerness to start. Price for hand wash and wax is $85. Higher than some others, but I'm looking to get what I pay for. Inside waiting area is well stocked with greeting cards, snacks, car accessories, and complimentary cookies+coffee. A/C is running strong for a summer day, and though there was a line at the register, each customer was well taken care of, and my own transaction at the cashier was easy. Chairs are large and plentiful: there are leather cushioned seats inside and numerous benches outside. Bathrooms are extermely clean, stocked, and actually does not even smell like a bathroom (Wow!). 40 minutes after I arrive, a pleasant announcement over the intercom tells me my car is ready (identified by color and make). The exterior looks good, but I see several areas (in door jams, on door seal) with white residue. Btw, they used liquid wax instead of paste for this basic hand wash & wax. Good job with the hand drying: just a couple areas with water drainage trails--not bad! Interior is okay; still some smudges and finger prints on the piano black trim. Floor mats returned to proper location & orientation, snapped back into place (important for me). The amenities and facilities earn 4 stars; the quality of work 3 stars for the price. read more

Purely based on the waiting room and amenities, this place knows how to keep their patrons cool, comfortable, and relaxed. With air-conditioned lounge seating, a gift shop that resembles a small airport store, and complimentary coffee & cookies; you can really tell that they keep it classy in Pasadena all by having this car wash experience. I thought it was very expensive to say the least. I spent over twenty-five dollars between the wash and the tip. The employees were friendly and the inside waiting area was ok. THEY STEAL FROM YOU!!! I've been going here for years and have never had a problem. They are always nice and always do a great job. That was till today. I left there less than an hour ago after having items stolen from the center counsel of my truck. I had placed my E-cig in its case with a charger and 2 cartridges. When my car was finished I was handed one of the cartridges and was told it fell out when the door was opened for detailing. Once inside I looked all over for the rest of my stuff which I never found. I reported it and had to managers help search but was never found. All I got was sorry and we will check the security footage. Last time I ever go here!! THEY STEAL your stuff while you wait. Check before you leave. Never leave valuables in your car! read more

Wow, we have been to this car wash several times in the past and they did a decent job. This time we took my wife's little Jeep Renegade and paid for their best platinum wash. We received the ticket to take to cashier - we were charged the same amount for our tiny jeep as other customers would be for a Cadillac Escalade, but paid anyway - $50.99! Car was finished, tipped the man who detailed it, and went home. When we arrived at home and parked in garage, I saw what I thought were just white soap streaks from the wash on the hood. They were deep, new scratches! Drove car back to wash right away, annoyed, and let a manager know that our car was scratched in the wash. A manager came out of nowhere, saying he was the senior person in charge, took a glance at the scratches, and said definitively, WE DIDN'T DO THAT. And started to just walk away like I meant nothing to him. He then commented, "We wash all these expensive cars here. You can call the police and file a report if you want." So because it was a 2020 Jeep Renegade it was OK to scratch it, verses a Mercedes G-Wagon? And it is soooo obvious that the scratches were from one of the spinning sponge wheels in the wash! NEVER go to this car wash, EVER. Even if you have had good experiences in the past, as we have, they are NOT stand up guys who will take responsibility when something goes wrong. I am a loyal customer but I was disappointed by the way I was treated today. As the car was being dried, the staff notes a fast leak in one of my tires. They pointed it out, and I am glad they discovered it. Within 2-3 minutes the tire was completely flat. When I spoke with Luis, the manager, he asked me, "Well, if you motor didnt start after the carwash, are we responsible?" All he seemed to care about was disavowing that the puncture could have happened at his facility. I feel that even an acknowledgement that it most likely occurred there and an apology would have been warranted. This was a big inconvenience and an added expense and I found his attitude was not customer friendly. I wont be coming here any more! read more

The people are also pleasant, and they have a very efficient system in taking cars through. Bonus that the waiting areas are clean, plus coffee and cookies are free. Find a more efficient car wash! It took 20 minutes in line just to get my car vacuumed. Then another 30 minutes to get my car back. My car was left sitting after it came out the wash for 20 minutes before they got to drying it. Considering what they charge for a car wash, they don't hire enough employees and no apologies. When I asked the manager why it was taking so long to get the cars, he just claimed he didn't know! Go elsewhere unless you want to wait for almost an hour! read more

This was a couple of years ago but I just joined Yelp and this one still burns. Took my motorcycle to get gas. Filled up and it wouldn't start. Apparently the irrigation system filled up the underground gas tanks with water and sand. So my motorcycle had water and SAND in the gas tank and the fuel line. The manager was nice albeit a bit out of it. I went to the BMW shop down the street and they said this happens a fair amount from this gas station. Not happy I had to burn sand through my gas line to clean it out. Especially if this had happened before. I feel worse (kinda) for the guy with new Porsche and the way more sensitive engine. read more

I've been coming here for 14 yrs. Prices are average. They're fast and do a good job. Free coffee, cookies and lollipops, with sofas inside and benches outside in the shade. Once every one or two weeks for 14 yrs. is a long time. I have never had a problem and have never seen anyone else have a problem. 4 stars is only because pricing is average -- 5 stars for lower prices with superior service. Staff are efficient and friendly. Oh, btw, please remember to tip. These guys work hard and the sun is HOT. I usually don't watch people, but was shocked today when, for the first time, I saw a person get into her car and not give a tip. Do we tip a valet who does nothing more than retrieve our car? I purposely went early on a Monday morning thinking they would take their time with my car....NOT. There were a whole bunch of guys just chatting away when I pulled up, yet they couldn't manage to do a thorough vacuum job. I paid $23.49 for a Gold Wash which I received, but the guys that took my car to dry afterwards did such a half fast job. Well at least the side the younger guy did was bad. Still had water drops and tire dressing that needed to be wiped. They also did not clean my rear window from the inside. Considering how much I paid and that there were no other cars there I really don't think the final product should have looked the way it did. Definitely not coming back even though I only live five minutes away. read more

I have been going to this car wash for years and I have never experienced anything so low. I was getting my car washed like I always do and as I was waiting outside for my vehicle and as i was waiting I witnessed one of the car wash manager's get into an argument with one of the detail employees, I only thought it was an exchange of words until I saw that the words escalated into something more. I don't know who would be in there right mind to do something like that, the manager comes right up to the employee and starts punching him and even after the employee was on the floor he still kicked him. NO ONE got involved to try and stop the madness. How can someone that has the position of a manager stoop so low and loose control and beat up his employee. This makes you wonder what kind of abuse are these workers under! I would hope that the owners realize that the manager that was involved in this is not worthy of working for such a high class car wash. This type of behavior is not acceptable in any type of work environment, and therefore should not be tolerated at all. I personally will not be going back to such a business that lets their managers treat their employees with such disrespect. Managers are the ones that always need to set an example and this type of example is not acceptable. This is the type of people that give businesses a bad name and I hope the man that was injured is OK because he was bleeding and to what I witnessed this manager should no longer be working for this company. Not only did he not respect his employee but he also disrespected the company, the owners by such a poor performance. There were plenty of people and children that witnessed this. I also think that the owners need to be more involved to see how their managers are truly performing, not only for customer service but for their employees. That way this high class car wash can only get good reviews. Eh. The first time I went to this car wash I was so excited. I had finally found a carwash that made my car look brand new for less than 20$. But in my recent visits, it seems like the quality of cleaning has gone down. water marks on my door handles and windshield, not vacuumed very well, etc. If anyone has an amazing car wash in Glendale, Pasadena, areas around there, please let me know. I'm starting to see these washes are worth maybe 10$. And 4.99 for tire dressing, ill never understand why wiping my tires (which takes less than three seconds) costs 5 bucks. This car wash used to be the best. But over the last few months, the service has become horrible. The car was deemed "finished" even though the top of the dash remained covered in dust and the plastic console still had insect carcasses laying there. If I was paying for the exterior alone, I wouldn't complain. And I acknowledge these guys are working in the brutal heat. But if I must come home and clean the interior, I'll go elsewhere. read more

Basic wash was $17.50, and they didn't even do the best job either. The guys out front were abrasive and hurried... they offered the "daily special" so fast that I couldn't even understand. The lobby is nice enough with free coffee, pretzels, and cookies, but we get our car back and there is still obvious places missed on the carpet and hard surfaces still covered with dust. Car Washing Services: A+++ They do an outstanding job, cleaning, buffing, waxing and conditioning our cars. They also do a top-notch detail! Pricing is a bit higher than other places however I find I get what I pay for. They have several choices for cleaning packages. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. I am recognized often and greeted with a smile! Oil Changing Services: This is unfortunately where it all goes horribly wrong in our review. I took one of our cars in for a wash/oil change on Thursday Dec 30th. Everything seemed to go swimmingly! No issues with oil change (and it was past due) and all was well with the car wash. No worries one would think as Sunday Jan 3rd I took in our second vehcile for the same (with an extra wax job and interior seat conditiong treatment) and left with a sparkly sexy car! Then comes Monday morning....Jan 4th. My husband left the house only to call me within 15 minutes of departure to tell me the car was dead. Just stopped running. So after fumbling around for my keys I go pick him up. Luckily he is close to home. We quickly deduce what the problem is. The technician has not secured either the cables on the distributor cap or a hose. Yup...here it comes.....this is NOT the first time we have had this happen. So...hubby missed day at office, wife is scrambling to get back home to get ready for work herself so she can drop hubby back at the car to wait for AAA to tow to PO&L. Meantime the hubby has called PO&L to let them know he will be there between 9-930 with the car. Everything is moving along nicely, hubby gets to destination and the Manager is there waiting for him. Of course he is embarrased as he knows us both and knows this has happened before. (Although he has forgotten it's 3x now...once with our Maxima and twice now with our Murano) The staff was reprimanded, the hose was reattached, the car was taken out for a test drive and the hubby said the wife would be by to "settle up the score" for the free services that were coming our way. So all is well and the hubby is taking the short commute home when all of a sudden....any guess what comes next? ...the car DIES again!! Suffice it to say, the Manager was called again, the hubby fixes the problem himself and drives home. Now it's all up to the wife to pick the fitting punishment upon this establishment. We were thinking 10 of thier best car wash packages; however we think this will definitely raise the stakes! As wonderfully convenient as it was to have both our car wash and oil/lube station in the same location AND so close to home....we cannot possibly subject ourselves to this torture a 4th time. They got fuel for my car, fuel for my body(free coffee) and the service is just on another level meaning like they have great service compared to 99% of car washes that don't know the meaning of a smile. read more

What's that smell? Recycled water on your seat. Well, I'm not gonna let one bad experience taint my reveiw too much. But this is the only hand-wash car wash I go to in Pasadena. It's pretty clean and professional. Although the last time I was there both I and the guys there forgot to close my sun roof before running it through the machine. Oops. Fortunately it was only cracked open. I have to admit, they were good about doing everything they could to minimize any damage caused by the water. Just another fair warning about sun roofs. read more
