Paid $20 for a mediocre wash. You know when your car kinda sorta looks clean but it doesn't ~feel~ clean? That's the feeling I get whenever I come here. I came here for a second time not too long ago to give it another try, but it was pretty much the same deal as the first. I pointed out some spots that were still dirty but the guy said it's tree sap and kinda brushed it off. I was referred to this place by a friend of mine. Unlike most other carwashes, this place is not packed with 10000 cars. This doesn't mean you are going to be out of there within 5-10 minutes. The workers actually spend a lot of time washing/cleaning/drying your car instead of just rushing to get to the next car. They have variety of options you can choose from (starting from $16.99). I think the best option they offer is the manager special for $59.99. It took them about 20 minutes to be done with my car. It looks very clean and smells great inside! This is my first time coming to Pasadena Hand Wash. I came in after work around 5:15 PM first off I was so happy they were still open! there were so many other carwashes around that were closed by 5 PM. My car is extremely filthy or was I have two toddlers and they did such a great job with detailing the inside of my car. I also had sunscreen all over my leather and he helped me get the difficult white zinc out of the seats. Needed to get my car washed and the person taking the cars upsold me to a $200.00 detail telling me they would buff out the scratches on my handles and completely clean and detail my car. I agreed and an hour to an hour and a half later my car was done. I noticed the scratches were not buffed out, there was dirt still on my wheel and my cup holder and different crevices that could've easily been dusted out with a brush. There was also sap outside of my car and whatever they used to polish my seats were not fully applied to some of them. Definitely not worth $200.00 dollars if they paid little attention to the details. read more

Came in for a wash, guy upsold me to a detail, saying could get it done in an hour, which is how long I had. At 90 minutes, nowhere near done. Nearing two hours, I said I needed to go. My day was already disrupted. They rushed the rest of the job leaving dash conditioner stains on upholstery and missing many spots. Drips of various products on outside of car. If you're going to upsell to a premium service for a premium price, you can't lie about how long it will take. They basically pocketed the money for the work that wasn't completed. I come here every month and get the $35 wash. Always do an "ok" job. If they ever miss a spot I tell them and they fix it no problem. Today though, there was maybe 1 car other than mine and my car was ready in about 15 min!!!!!! I was like wow that was fast!!!! Didn't even bother to check because I'm on lunch break so I wanted to get going! I left and picked up lunch and noticed as I got off the tires were dirty so I went back and the guy just sprayed it down and I told Him I got the wash that has the tire shine and looked at me confused. He fixed it I guess but didn't look as good as it normally does and I was annoyed so I left and then got home and noticed the inside console and back seats and the door panels were not wiped down and the seats still had dirt... BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! Not coming back!!! Regret even giving the guy a tip'!! Honestly don't bother coming here!!! They don't really do a good job. read more

Not happy. My husband and I brought in our car after taking it up to the mountains. My car was full of dirt and mud so it needed serious cleaning up. We were the only ones there on a Sunday morning so it was done really fast. We got the basic wash that includes cleaning on the outside and inside. We get the car back and yes it was cleaner then how we brought it in, but it was half-assed. The floor mats were vacuumed but you could still see dirt on them. The doors/steering wheel/gear stick all still had dirt on them. And when the guy gave us the keys back he walked away without making sure we were satisfied with how it came out. We had to wipe the rest of the car down with the rag he left behind. Will be searching elsewhere for hand car washes from now on. read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to in my life. They closed the office and went home, lost my keys .... left my car sitting 45 minutes without telling me it was ready. Because it really wasn't ready.... there were spots all over it debris ...dirt inside of the cabin and horribly vacuumed. The guys are absolutely lazy and clueless.....this place should really close it's doors. I called him on the phone to talk to the boss they kept me on hold for 15 minutes twice and then hung up the phone. Where do I even start? I usually take my car to car washes in Burbank and there are ALWAYS streaks on my windows afterwards. This place is the perfect solution to my problem! They do an incredibly thorough job (washed all the grime off from past rains, and cleaned out wrappers and small pieces of trash from inside). Most importantly, no streaks! I just called this place to complain about a tear that they did on the back of my SUV, the girl passed me to one person then that guy said he didn't work yesterday and he passed me to another person that said he did work there, finally after explaining the situation for the third time the guy tells me "idk" I say, ok so who can support me with this because? He hung up on me, aside from going into my car and noticing that it wasn't vacuumed correctly or wiped down, they damaged my car and didn't have the decency to let me know. This is ridiculous. This place is TERRIBLE!!! I went here a couple of day back to give this place a try. Everything went ok (not good or great) until my car came out and a worker started to vacuum and dry off my car. The guy seemed to be not thrilled to be at work let alone working on finishing my car. After a little bit the work then called me saying my car was finished. And to no surprise, the worker didn't even go in my back seats to vacuum and clean the windows. No one wants to use your car wash as a gas station but when someone rolls in with children in the car and has less than 1 mile of gas left and you won't sell them a couple gallons so they can get home it's mind bogglingly obtuse and lacking in humanity. I asked for a full refund and a part replacement and said no . Never come here if you want your car to come out damaged . Especially a new car.
