The bacon was completely undercooked, soggy and basically raw. I've posted a photo so you can see for yourself. It was unappetizing, and I couldn't eat it, just like my first try. The coffee is good, which is a small redeeming quality, but mine was barely room temperature. For a place known for drinks, I'd expect better consistency. Crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside, loaded with a huge portion of scrambled egg , this breakfast sandwich was enough for two people to share, but we did not! I would literally drive up to Thomasville from Tallahassee again just for the sandwich. You cannot beat their price point. This breakfast would be twice as much in Tallahassee as it is at Empire. Empire has a quaint, local NY bagel shop vibe. You can order bagels for the office or just a sack to take home.
