John and I sampled all the spirits- they had flights for 7 non-aged spirits, 7aged spirits and a gin flight or 3 spirits. Plus I got a sample of a blueberry brandy! Vodka- oh-so-smooth Moonshine was very corn forward Rum- I really enjoyed the white rum! Amaretto- good gracious! Delicious America 250 blew us away, seriously the best sample we tried! Melissa was an amazing tasting guide and we happily supported this small business- all of us bought bottles! My sister and I both bought the 250th whiskey & I grabbed the award winning amaretto. Calling it the largest in North Florida might sound like marketing until you open the menu and realize it has more options than some people's retirement plans. If they don't have a beer you like, there's a decent chance you don't actually like beer. What really seals the deal is the atmosphere. Plenty of places claim Southern hospitality. Growler actually feels like they're happy you showed up. No attitude, no pretension, just good people serving great food and enough beer choices to make decision-making a team sport.
