Pancakes with blueberries & jalapeños. Fresh salted butter slowly melts into the pancake as it's brought to the table.

Absolutely amazing service! The ladies here make you feel like family! The food is super heavy, but it's filling. You get a lot of food for the money, and we almost always take home leftovers. It's a bit loud, but that's expected. Think of it like the noise of a family reunion--dialed back a few notches. People gather here with friends, family, business meals, and so much more. My go-to meal is two blueberry jalapeño pancakes with two medium poached eggs (yellow still runny, but white fully cooked). Add a little house-made hot sauce to the eggs, and it hits just right.

Growing up in Thomasville, I'd occasionally heard people rave about Q Cafe, but it wasn't until recently that I checked it out for myself. It's for sure one of the best breakfast/brunch options in this small town. Everything tastes locally sourced and has a homey vibe. Now that I currently reside in a more populous city, I wholeheartedly appreciate the businesses like Q Cafe whose prices are very reasonable. I ordered for myself as well as my sister and spent $25 before tipping. Next time I'm home, I'll surely be back to further explore their menu.

Ate breakfast here before going to a fsu football game. There was a small wait but nothing bad. As it turned out it was well worth the wait. The food was absolutely fantastic. We had the chicken skillet and the big boy skillet with a side of sausage gravy and a biscuit. Everything was really delicious. We got the regular biscuit but they also have a giant biscuit that is crazy! If you are in the area and looking for a great breakfast, this is the spot.

We went to Q Cafe for breakfast and it did not disappoint. It was centrally located off Broad and the wait was relatively short. We popped next door to shop and our name was called shortly after. We each got the short stacked pancakes and I substituted the eggs for cheese grits (so good). Their biscuits were tempting but we weren't ready to commit to that much food. Only caveat, it was pretty warm in the restaurant (rightfully so with their busy kitchen) - so we skipped the hot coffee since they didn't have any iced coffee.

I was checking out the town and I looked at Yelp to find a good burger. I ordered the Gouda bacon burger with the Cole slaw. The burger had a great flavor with fresh tomatoes and the Cole slaw was one of the best I've had. The waitress was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

The Q cafe definitely lives up to its motto of "Quality life" They are known for their gigantic biscuits (as big as my hand) and various breakfast. They have sandwiches and burgers as well for lunch goers. I had the crab cake sandwich and a co worker had a burger. It wasn't too salty or thin. Had a good amount of real crab too!! HATE it when we get a wimpy crab patty. The condiment really brings it together and the bread is nicely toasted. Only thing I didn't touch, the chicken salad wasn't to my liking, it had a sour smell and taste (not spoiled) maybe they added mustard? Or vinegar? Service is a well oiled machine there. All in all very good place .. .whether you are local or passing through. I would recommend coming here a bit early. Though there is plenty of free street and back lot areas, parking can be limited due to the amount of restaurants sharing the same spots.

Well, at least Q Cafe and I are both consistent. I left a review for them here on Yelp over 6 years ago. At the time I had an omelette and a biscuit. I loved them. And I gave them 5 stars. A few weeks ago I went and had an omelette and a biscuit. I loved them. And I'm giving them 5 stars. The biscuit is good sized and had a good amount of filling. I had it with the biscuit (don't even think of any other bread) and their biscuit remains delicious. Maybe a little smaller than 6 years ago, but still plenty big. Everything on the menu looks great when I've seen it come out of the semi-open kitchen. I love that it's a short and beautiful drive to thomasville to eat at Q.

Great service, fair prices and good breakfast options. The coffee was awful, however. Either burnt or just lacking taste, either way...

My companions and I have sampled the sipping chocolate, which is a small hot cup of exactly what you think...sipping chocolate. It's more dessert that hot beverage to warm you up. But it is utterly delicious! There are plenty of dessert offerings from gelato to sorbet, to colorful macrons, cookies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, milkshakes, and coffee drinks galore. If that isn't enough they put themselves over the top with hand crafted truffles, each with their own design and flavor profile. The staff will package them in a 2, 4, 8 or 12 count box for gifting. I dare you to leave without a box! They also offer a small caramel filled or dark chocolate bar for about $3.00. They are delicious! You may just have to eat it if it's a hot day outside. You wouldn't want this melting before you get to enjoy it! This is one of my personal favs! Now parking is a bit tricky. There is angled parking in front of the store and on both sides of Broad Street, but this is a busy area for shoppers, diners, locals and tourists. So, if you just venture around the corner to East Jefferson Street, there is more parking. On a busy Saturday, we found plenty of empty spaces midday on East Jefferson Street, where Broad Street was full! It is wonderful to see a local business thriving like Sweet Cacoa! The line out the door proved just how popular this dessert haven is! If you need a gift for a hostess or just a sweet treat yourself, this shop is a must-stop location and is on my regular Thomasville routine shopping destinations.

It is a further off the highway when compared with Starbucks or Just Love Coffee, but if you need to spend some time hanging out, then i recommend it here. I only got a coffee with an extra shot, but the coffee was good. Limited menu like a boutique shop, but seasonal drinks and some other things. It apparently turns into a bourbon and martini bar at night, but I can't imagine I'd ever be here unless I was driving through. The shop itself is very big. Lots of open spaces, tables, outlets, etc. Even a separate room away from the music playing and people hanging out. I don't think it was intended to be a "quiet" space for work, but it was a nice reprieve from the noise to get through a couple of meetings, and is right up front so there's a lot of natural light from the street. And I don't mean to say the main area is loud - but you know coffee shops. Standard laid back music playing and people having conversations. You could definitely get work done from the main area, but it was nice to have a quieter space, too. They have some outside seating on the sidewalk, if you have your pup with you or if its just a nice day. I did not notice if there were outlets outside. Wifi works great. We've heard about Empire for a while but hadn't managed to get there during the morning hours…read more We woke up this morning with a craving for a solid bagel sandwich and took the drive up to Thomasville for what is undoubtably, one of the best breakfast sandwiches we've ever eaten. The line upon arrival was at least 15 to 20 deep, but it moved so quickly. If you arrive to a wait, do not let it deter you. They hustle!!! It was just a short wait for our food to be freshly prepared. We both opted for the same sandwich with different bagel flavors. The sesame bagel was absolutely loaded with sesame seeds. There's nothing worse than a bagel that claims to be a "sesame" bagel that only has a sad smattering of seeds across one side. This bagel was absolutely loaded up. Crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside, loaded with a huge portion of scrambled egg , this breakfast sandwich was enough for two people to share, but we did not! I would literally drive up to Thomasville from Tallahassee again just for the sandwich. You cannot beat their price point. This breakfast would be twice as much in Tallahassee as it is at Empire. Empire has a quaint, local NY bagel shop vibe. You can order bagels for the office or just a sack to take home.
