I would first and foremost like to extend my sincere gratitude to Ezra, the Pool Host, and Jason,…read morethe Pool Bartender. I cannot thank you both enough for making our experience so memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on my entire family. Exceptional employees like you are truly rare. The level of customer service you provided was nothing short of outstanding, and your positive attitudes and willingness to go above and beyond made our visit unforgettable. My niece especially enjoyed the warmth and kindness you both showed throughout our time at the pool, and those memories will stay with our family for years to come. Because of employees like you, Pechanga Resort Casino delivers a true five-star, world-class experience. You are excellent representatives of the resort, and your dedication to guest satisfaction sets the standard for exceptional hospitality. We will absolutely be returning, and I will gladly recommend Pechanga Resort Casino to my family, friends, and anyone looking for an incredible experience. Thank you again for making our summer so special. I wish you both continued success in your careers and all the best in your future endeavors at Pechanga Resort Casino. Your hard work, professionalism, and genuine care for your guests do not go unnoticed. Thank you for being human!

The pool was the perfect temperature, the cabana allowed for the perfect amount of shade and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing pool day. We did offer a pizza and a couple beers to munch on and appreciated the kind service from our server Carsyn. This was the perfect girls day, but could also be a romantic pool day with a partner and a fun family day for the kiddos. Hope to be someday soon.

Last year, I would have happily given this experience five stars. Unfortunately, this year it's only one. Would have been a 3, but closing a pool by August 2nd drops it down to a one. The highlight of our visits has been the pool staff, especially Donavan and Quincy. Their friendliness and excellent customer service are the main reasons we continued coming back after our first visit this season. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere felt very different this year. Taking away so many lounge chairs to add four more cabanas, that no one ever rents, was a bad business decision. There were a couple days we wanted to go to the pool and have lunch but there were no chairs available. That never happened in 2025. As members, we paid all year to only have access to the pool for about two months (due to the early close), which doesn't feel like a great value. I also miss the member wine tastings that were previously offered at the pool. As a parent, those were a convenient way for me to enjoy one of the membership benefits and try the wines before ordering. Now putting in our orders is just a guessing game so I just pick the cheapest ones. Also, this year they started counting my daughter as a guest which took away my ability to include our friend who spent good money every time she went last year. As a business it just makes sense to not charge for kids and let us bring in more money for you by inviting another paying customer. A lot of changes this year definitely resulted in less money for the winery. This property has tremendous potential, and it's disappointing to see such a beautiful space underutilized. Given Southern California's climate, it seems like the pool could remain open for much more of the year. Adult evening swims, movie nights, and other special events could create additional value for members while encouraging more frequent visits. Even staying open on Mondays and Tuesdays in the summer adds two more days of revenue. I hope management takes another look at how this space is being used. Expanding the pool season and offering more events could benefit both members and the business, while also creating opportunities for more consistent staffing. I truly want to see this place succeed because it has so much potential and we do love it. Sadly this year was a let down. Unfortunately, looking forward to cancelling my membership next week. Also, there are event staffing companies that can get you bartenders and lifeguards by tomorrow if that is your only setback and reason you are closing early.

This allows for access to more pools/ spas , complementary bathrobe during stay, and the best "bang for your buck" when it comes to cost-for-use (day pass price and spa availability vs. hotel guest price and spa availability). I would give 5 stars for the staff, namely Katie and Anthony at the front desk. They were exceptionally helpful. Katie, in particular, genuinely enjoys working here and did everything in her power to ensure my party had the best stay. I would give 1.5- 2 stars for the lack of a code of conduct or the enforcement thereof. There were so many couples who struggled with keeping their "physical passion for one another" to themselves. Many different couples were spanking each other LOUDLY in various areas of the resort. There were some couples who were getting a little too comfortable with one another in different soaking tubs, some who were getting "handsy" at the clay cove, and some who were just doing questionable behavior regardless where they were. I am a young adult and I've been around couples who have had public passion for each other- like making out at amusement parks- you know, the usual. BUT this behavior was on another level; this was out of the bounds of public decency. On the note of public decency, there were a few guests whose swimwear exposed more than it covered (if you're picking up what I'm throwing down). There was, also, one man in particular who was smoking/ taking a fat rip of his vape in front of CHILDREN. All that being said, I could NOT, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone accompanied by very young humans as a child-friendly/ family- friendly resort. Aside from those concerns, everything else met my standards. Hotel room (Stone Lodge) was clean. Towels were stocked at the pools. The temperatures were good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not return as a day pass user (since my party and I are not locals), BUT we would come back as hotel guests.

We have absolutely loved our experience here! My son is 18 months old now and started swim lessons…read morewhen he was 16 months. We have a pool at home, so learning water safety was a huge priority for our family. Looking back, I only wish we had started even sooner. The progress he has made in just a couple of months has been incredible. He can float better than most adults I know, and he's already learned how to roll over onto his back and float if he falls into the water. Watching him develop these lifesaving skills has given us so much more confidence around the pool. Like many toddlers, he still cries during some lessons and reaches for me, especially when he's learning a new skill. But I've come to realize that's because he's being challenged, and growth isn't always comfortable. Once he mastered floating, he actually stopped crying for several lessons. Now that he's working on a new skill, the tears have returned a bit which is completely normal. Kris is patient, encouraging, and always makes sure he is safe while helping him build confidence. I truly appreciate how focused the program is on real water safety, not just having fun in the pool. Seeing what my son is capable of at only 18 months old has been amazing. I would highly recommend these lessons to any parent, especially if you have a pool or spend time around water. It's one of the best investments we've made for our son's safety.

Instead we get swap market memorabilia auctions at the entrance that I can't believe corporate allows this. There are members that bring in cardboard boxes with them into the gym weight area one lady had what looked like tomatoes and or produce and others bring in boxes and a 12 pack of eggs into the weight area. Why is there a 12 pack of eggs sitting on the ground in the artificial turf area lmao This LA fitness is good if you want to bring in a bag or even multiple bags with you no matter the size and even your own equipment inside your large bags because the staff here doesn't walk around and enforce any rules. You also can bring in your own outside trainer or be an outside trainer here and have multiple clients and sit on the equipment your client isn't using. If you like to take equipment away from its designated area or assigned spot it's ok too you don't have to return it. You can leave medicine balls, slam balls, dumb bells anywhere you want. You will never see the front desk employees return anything back and occasionally you will see a cleaner put something back but that is very rare. At this location you can put aerobic step platforms anywhere you want and leave them there in the middle of the walk way.... It's definitely ok. You are also allowed to put the sanitary wipes the gym provides and stick them everywhere. Stuff them inside the cable areas every where it's ok here. Any recommendations to current management or what could be considered a complaint and or a report of some sort of violation of their rules probably will not get looked into unless it's someone video recording and they will say something about that which is good. You still have the same members doing the same thing manipulating many different stuff and leaving that stuff anywhere they want.
