The pool was the perfect temperature, the cabana allowed for the perfect amount of shade and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing pool day. We did offer a pizza and a couple beers to munch on and appreciated the kind service from our server Carsyn. This was the perfect girls day, but could also be a romantic pool day with a partner and a fun family day for the kiddos. Hope to be someday soon.

Upon arriving I immediately notice how nice and beautiful the surrounding space is. I checked in with hostess and walked to the chaise lounge chair. They provided me with 2 towels, iced water & menu. My host Quincy introduced himself and took my order. I ordered the kids chicken tenders and fries. My food didn't take that long to come out. My chicken tenders & fries were delicious. My host Quincy checked on me periodically to see if I needed anything and if he saw my water needed a refill he would immediately take care of that. Quincy is truly a gem and an asset to Bottaia Winery. The temperature of the pool water was perfect. My overall day was perfect. When I returned home I noticed I must've left my bathing suit either in the women's bathroom or on my lounge chair. I called the hostess at the pool and they found my bathing suit and put in the lost & found. Thank goodness they didn't throw my brand new bathing suit in the trash. I'll definitely be back and enjoy a peaceful day poolside.

I got text info after I'd gone through the process. The employees were not as helpful as I'd have liked at the hotel desk. There was different info that would've greatly helped me. The person in front of me got better service for some reason. * some of the employees on the grounds (a server and someone walking around with a brochure) actively avoided interaction. The main bartender was not very friendly. * the showers and bathrooms were dark and desperately needed updating, including hooks in the shower. They were very clean though. * no elevators. They have over 25 spas, they do a clay mask from 1 to 3, they have restaurants, massages and a little shop. They give you clean towels as needed as well as they have lockers, showers oh and you can rent robes and cabanas. They even have a bar to order drinks now that was cool, I wasn't sure on what to order from their menu so I asked this guy he was tall, blonde brown hair, and a personality that just made you feel like you were at home. He made me laugh which was really needed because I'm always so serious so to release and be chill was refreshing. He pointed me to a berry drink and that was phenomenal. I wish I remembered his name though it started with a K. Anyhow if you know who I'm talking about he is definitely a great asset to the business. While Kris and her team are passionate about swim instruction, I came here to say that I think it…read moreis INCREDIBLY important that anyone seeking to take lessons here with a young child, say under 3, understands that Kris uses ISR training. PLEASE PLEASE research for yourself whether ISR is right for you and your child. (After my own research and consultation with numerous other swim experts- literally a drowning expert witness- it is NOT as safe as FVSA or other ISR experts will claim it is). Personally-- it was not for me or my child. It was traumatic for her, caused MORE fear of the water than she originally had, and she took in too much water and puked during 3 separate lessons and Kris brushed it off as normal (and I soon was assured by NUMEROUS swim coaches and medical professionals that it is NOT). When I expressed concerns, I DO appreciate that Kris seemed receptive, however, her teaching style is just not compatible with how I want my daughter handled. I wish this were different because I do think Kris is a passionate, very good person and maybe this teaching style works for some, and potentially for older children. But if you are starting with a child under 3, please beware that it is difficult to watch and in MY opinion after a LOT of research, does not provide the long term safety alleged by ISR advocates.

Last year we had on ongoing algae issue when our pool was first built...within the first month after completion we had algae despite paying for weekly cleaning services with this company. I think our then pool guy, with this same company was honestly just incompetent at the time but glad Bradley (owner) was able to come & assess our pool and make it algae free! We're impressed with our cleaning services done by BMB Pools, especially by Eddie, who goes above and beyond.

The newer LIFT room is a major highlight, featuring multiple squat racks, high-quality machines, a wide range of free weights, and even an indoor sprint/sled track. It's clearly designed with serious lifters in mind. I'd give it a full 5 stars, but there are a few minor drawbacks: (A) The weight racks aren't labeled, making it unclear where to re-rack plates (B) There's only one set of barbell clips shared across eight benches on the main floor (C) The pool temperature felt a bit too cool--it could definitely be warmer That said, the gym is clean, well-maintained, and offers a solid mix of strength and cardio equipment. Overall, it's a great place to work out. ******And FYI ... my note to the the gym 4/6/26****** I visited the Winchester location a few months ago and recently came back. The LIFT room is excellent--really well done. However, I noticed both during my recent visit and last winter that there are about eight incline, decline, and flat benches on the main floor, but only one set of barbell clips available. As a result, some benches go unused, or members end up lifting without clips, which isn't safe. Adding more clips would make a big difference. This is honestly the only thing holding me back from giving a 5-star review. Thanks for your attention to this!
