Typical furniture deliveries (I have had a dozen in the last 7 months since we furnished our new home) call when they're on their way even if it is inside the original delivery window. Not the end of the world but it is a nice heads up. We were upsold on "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE" and it wasn't a big charge but there was a price difference and honestly the service was mediocre at best. The guys LITERALLY dropped my boxes off of the back of their van, sure there is padding and a solid amount of packaging but that is not how I expect to see my $4,000+ order treated. I commented and the men laughed and assured me they knew what they were doing. Let me add, it was absolutely pouring so I understand them wanting to expedite this but I did offer them to back into the driveway and up to the garage but they declined. The white glove service then trekked mud and water throughout my whole house, didn't wipe their feet, didn't clean up on their way out. Not very white glove but again, not the end of the world. The furniture is of great quality and we did not find any damage during our final inspection but optics and perception are a big thing. The most disappointing part of this whole process was that the delivery men decided to empty their truck into our dumpster, I live in an HOA and this is a clear violation of our garbage policies. I express this concern when we scheduled the delivery and was assured that ALL GARBAGE would be taken away in the truck it came in. Again, I stopped the delivery men and they ignored me saying they needed to throw out the styrofoam and they would take the cardboard with them. Literally hours after that dumpster had just been emptied, it is now overflowing and I have an HOA fine because of course my neighbor filmed these guys and their truck at my house. So my white glove service has now cost an extra $100 because the simple process of hauling away the garbage as promised could not be followed through on. In summation, the ordering process was simple and straightforward. We dealt with Marge I believe her name was. There were a few technical difficulties out of anyone's control and we were walked through them all thoroughly. Marge was a FIVE STAR employee, highly appreciative of her efforts. The quality of the furniture, top notch and exactly as we expected. We searched all over for baby furniture and couldnt not find anything on this level. FIVE STAR review for the furniture. Loved everything here and loved the furniture. If you are due and need furniture. Make sure to go 4-5 months ahead of time. I'm sure it's because what's going on in the world. We ordered in February and furniture will not be delivered until August. We are hoping that the bassinet will be more than enough. We were happy that there are options to have a crib turn into a toddler bed and eventually full sized bed. The way we saw it, if we have more kids we will need our crib. I had the most wonderful experience at Bambi Baby in Melville. It started with the sales representative named Beth. Her smile and wonderful demeanor kept me intrigued for almost 2 hours. Her knowledge of the carriages was amazing and she really took the time to see what would work for my daughter who was having her first child. We tested many carriages and made a decision. We then went on to look at baby furniture. Beth's knowledge of that was also top notch as she explained the pros and cons of the items we were looking at. I looked him up online and saw it was a location that was close to us. I told my husband that we must visit this store it's like nothing I never seen before. The website states they had over 300 recliners to chose from and a wide selection of nursery furniture. When we arrived the parking lot was so small we squeeze into a spot when I open the door of the store I was able to see the entire store, that's how small it was but that's not the point. I inquired about the recliner and saw maybe 10 of them that's it but I was told I can choose a certain one that came in over 300 colors. Now I see why the store stated that it came in over 300 selections Nothing wowed me about this store at all. I must say the customer service was okay and friendly. The furniture is really nice. The strollers are really nice but it's a rip off!!! The fact that every little extra piece costs more money is bull. A changing table over 200$!!! A mattress is extra and over 200$!!!! Ridiculously over priced. The mattress should come with the crib. The changing table should come with the dresser. It's nothing special to be an extra cost. Don't get the white glove treatment. It's just a bullshit way to say, "we deliver your furniture." They say it's worth it because they put together your furniture but the dresser already came in 1 piece. The crib didn't look hard to put together at all. It' takes about 8 Allen key screws to connect the crib bars. I could have done it on my own. Rip off scam for more money. read more

Nobody told us such a thing at the time of purchase. We went there one Sunday and the owner was there . He tried to be looked nice but he was not. He refused to refund the whole money back and said that warning is only for California residents and he dose not have responsibility to bring that issue up to New York customers. Almost all of his products have such a warning. purchased my sons pali cuomo crib and furniture 2 years ago. Not even a year after purchasing it the paint was peeling off of the furniture. I contacted customer service and they replaced the head board of the crib and gave me paint to paint over the remainder of the areas. A year later, the same issue persists except now it's even worse. I contacted Carolina from customer service who initilly was very responsive to me when I had contacted her the first time) and when I contacted her again on 6/17/24 I haven't even received a response to my email. Me and my sister went into Bambi Baby last week in search of a stroller and newborn car seat. It's her first baby and I have no children. Needless to say, we were uninformed about the kind of stroller she might want and which one would meet all her needs. We were looking at travel strollers when Allan, approached us and asked how he could be of help. We didn't even know where to begin. He asked about if she drove, if she had stairs, if she'd be walking a lot. We explained my sister wanted a lightweight stroller as she has to walk up a flight of stairs to get into her apartment. She wanted a good walking stroller and some thing easy to assemble. He then took the time to show us the Uppababy system and explained about the lightweight memory foam car seat, how it's the safest one on the market and weights only a few pounds. He demonstrated how to open and disassemble the stroller many many times. It's a lot to learn! He was patient. He was informative about the brand, showed us other options we might consider and even got us the color fabric we wanted. I was grateful we went to the store on a Tuesday, and Allan was able to help us so thoroughly. The stroller has a 3 year warranty and seems like the Rolls Royce of strollers. It's a big and difficult decision to make, just knowing that we had friendly and knowledgeable staff support made the experience so much better. My husband and I first visited Bambi Baby back in November to order our Nuna Car seat and an Uppa Baby stroller. Allen helped us and advised us to come back when we were ready to set up the car seat and the stroller and an employee would help us do it. When our stroller came in, the box was heavily damaged and we decided to not even open it and called customer service right away. The woman I spoke with ordered us a new stroller and told us to pick up the new one in store. Very easy, simple process. Fast forward to today, we went back to Bambi Baby to have our car seat put in as well as our stroller built. Maelyn built the stroller in no time and Enelio installed our car seat in minutes.
