DO NOT HIRE - I asked for knockdown and what I got looks like someone just spit a bunch of liquid up in my ceilings. I prepped my entire vaulted ceiling living room for these guys and they still couldn't put effort into the job. They managed to miss so many spots of texture, it's not even, and they need to add one more coat as I can see the sheet rock seams! We were stuck with an unfortunate case of hoarding tenants who left our rental property in a total state of disgrace. We had to rip everything out and start renovations. I was lucky to get a hold of Felipe! He was able to do everything we asked... and more. We only wanted interior painting, but the found out he did drywall repair and popcorn removal... so we asked for those as well. He nailed everything perfectly. The ceiling looks fantastic - there's no evidence of popcorn up there at all, and he matched the walls with the new pattern beautifully. The drywall patching in several rooms and several sizes (from small mold patches to an entire wall) was perfectly done. He even went as far as to remove some hideous wallpaper on one of the walls. His painting was the icing on the cake -- we didn't recognize the place when we saw his finished work. Absolutely impeccable. Here's the kicker -- he did all the work unsupervised by us... he started on a Monday, and we saw the place on a Saturday. I will give Felipe 2 stars because he stuck with me even though my timeline kept changing, and he gave a low price. I cannot speak to paint or drywall installation, but he did a terrible job on my insulation which didn't pass inspection and he put the wrong insulation in the wrong places.
