Irany was a very responsive and prompt. We needed 2 sides of our house painted, and a deck. He was incredibly well priced, and did a decent job. He didn't prime the entire house like he said, and he did not sand or prep areas well that he painted so you can see the underlying areas where the paint was chipped and raised. He did get some white paint on my brand new black door that I will have to fix. But he got the job done relatively quickly for a great price. read more

Ireny was great to work with, scheduled a quote within a few days and he started on the house within two weeks. I received a quote from a few companies, some were significantly out of my budget, others never came for our scheduled estimate. Over all he was very responsive, friendly and within my budget. He painted the exterior of our small house, chimney, front porch and back deck, and security gates and doors for under 6k. Took about a week to complete the project between Ireny and his associate, included pressure washing, sanding, priming and painting. They were both nice and friendly to work with and checked in with me before leaving each day. I work from home and was available to answer questions he had during the day, I recommend landing as many details as possible and having reference photos as needed ( I didn't think about what color I wanted the porch or chimney ) Ireny did have a color book on hand and we decided on a few things on the spot. Irany and other staff painted some portions of our exterior of our house, and I am satisfied with the quality. The price was better than several other places I contacted. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would, because I have one complaint: it could be challenging to communicate with Irany or his staff members because their preferred language is not English (and I don't speak their preferred language). I would not recomend Irany to anybody. He did not finish the job and said the job was done. He left paint stains on the floor, in the bathroom, and on kitchen faucets, etc. His presence was uncomfortable and tense. When I pointed out painting that wasn't done (missing parts of walls), not filling in pin prick holes left by tenants, he would sigh angrily. He claimed to be done 3 times and I made 3 separate trips to point things out that I already pointed out (basic stuff). Didn't put light fixtures back, furniture not moved back in place, didn't paint behind a stackable washer dryer because he didn't want to move it, switch covers removed and not put back. Finally, I gave up and called it a loss and paid him. I had to call my handyman to finish the job. So, if you want an angry person to walk in and spray up the place half-haphazardly, Pele Painting Services is the way to go. I chose him because he had 3 good reviews and his bid was cheaper. I really wish I picked the other guy I was considering who charged twice as much. I waited more than a month to write this review to make sure I wasn't over-reacting. read more
