I have waited a 2 years for my repairs from the original build....still not done. Took 2 years to get the county to finally approve permit due. I paid an outside contractor to help. I have a 5 year warranty and they keep pushing me off and giving me excuses for why they can't come. I even said "I will pay someone else to come do repairs...give me materials or let me buy materials". Good luck getting those materials. I have a leak in roof and is covered under warranty but again no response. The barn doors don't close. They are big and heavy. Again can't get a repair replacement or a crew to help re align them. If you want to waste your hard earned money then cleary building corp will help you waste your money.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the exceptional work demonstrated by Trinity Outdoor Design. Their quality of service, communication throughout the project and the final product exceeded our expectations. We had needed some accommodations regarding when the loudest construction would take place which they respected and they even finished the project earlier than anticipated which was greatly appreciated. The only feedback we have is that we had hoped to work together to resolve a misunderstanding regarding something we needed done for the project that turned out not to be included in the original estimate, and was a little disappointed that they didn't follow up about the issue at the end of the project. We believe that if there had been a little more communication at the end of the project, their service could have been even more exceptional. Unlike other contractors who bid on the same job, Trinity carefully examined the issue to understand possible root causes, and then talked me through exactly what they would do and why it would prevent the issue from returning. Trinity's bid wasn't the cheapest, but their reputation and communication made me much more confident in the investment, and I'm glad I chose them over the cheaper options. I highly value communication in a job like this, and Adrian exceeded all my expectations. He talked me through all the options, and shared regular updates about the start date and what to expect. Antonio did a great job knocking out the work, and the end result looks perfect! I had a very poor experience with Preferred Garages and I recommend others to stay away from them…read more Below is just a few examples of the several issues I had: Poor communication: Once the contract was closed, Greg would not make himself available for phone calls. Instead, the only options to communicate with him were email and text. If I had multiple questions for him in the same message and he would only answer one, leaving the others unanswered. Multiple mistakes: There were multiple mistakes in the construction. For example, they put the door frame in the wrong place, which I had to correct them. This happened twice with two doors. Unprofessional language: When I brought up that the door frame was placed incorrectly, he blamed me for it, even though I had provided him exact diagrams. Not only that, he treated me using rude and unprofessional language. Lying about materials: An important part of this construction was to use sound proof insulation. However, Greg proceeded to install a cheaper material that was not sound proof. He claimed that the new material was just as good (which wasn't) and that the original material was not available, even though it was in stock at the nearest Home Depot and Lowes. While the building turned out OK in the end, the construction took 6 months to complete and took significant effort and frustration on my part.

He knows how to work the system and you will have no leverage to hold him accountable for what he says he will do. He is a despicable person to work with and everything will be done his way even if that means you don't get what he said you would, or what you paid for. He is sometimes very good about returning phone calls but it doesn't matter because he will not address your concerns. He doesn't care. My project took 6 months and he never showed up to the job site even once, not once until the end and it was time to collect money. In regards to my project, he cut a lot of corners and pushed me around like I was garbage. He didn't provide a porta-potty for his subs, left all the trash and rotting garbage in my front yard for months which was so embarrassing to neighbors and killed my grass. The $30K driveway that they installed completely disintegrated in 16 months and he was willing to do nothing. I could tell you much, much, more. It won't matter to him because he has all the work he can get, but for your sake, run like hell from this dude. Please don't make the same mistake I made. TW
