This is the 3rd time something has gone wrong so I'm writing to compliment the waitress that took over after ours apparently left us and possibly left the building. Emma G just got there and took our salad plates and it had been over a half hour so we asked about our pizza. She checked and brought it back but it had obviously been sitting there as it was barely warm. And we asked because the first time we sat for over an hour and no one came back to our table. We later saw our original waitress walk thru the front door with a fountain drink so I don't know, we never saw her again and Emma waited on us. Emma was very attentive. The last time I ate a Pasquales I was 14. About 5 decades ago it was great then and it's awesome now. The food was great just everything was hitting perfect. From a buffalo chicken pizza , calzone and chicken hoagie it was on the money. The service was Awesome Ms. Megan D was so professional and hospitality she really took good care of us. This is a cute family restaurant. The staff seems great and the service was excellent. The food was disappointing. Italian food it was not. An Italian restaurant usually smells of garlic and herbs. This one does not. The garlic bread was simple and had little flavor. The fish sandwich was ok. The buffalo chips needed a few extra minutes in the fryer. While on vacation, we spent some time in Maysville and drove past Pasquale's several times and were amazed at the large number of vehicles, so we decided to try it out. We got a large special without green peppers, and an appetizer of cheese bread. We were glad we got there (a Thursday afternoon) because the place started to fill up. Our cheese bread finally came and it truly looked like a Little Caesar's menu item. Nothing had been completely cut, so we used knives and forks -- my wife shouted "no" when I reached for my pocket knife, to be able to eat it. Taste wasn't anything to write home about, but at least it tasted fresher than the pizza we got. The ingredients on the pizza simply didn't taste fresh, and there was very little sauce on the "thicker" crust that really wasn't thick at all. Bottom line is what a waste of hard-earned money, but it was made worse by the rude, dark-haired cashier when we tried to check out and had to wait for her to finish a conversation with someone standing further down the counter toward the dining room. Another reviewer called this a "cute family restaurant." No, it's not. There is nothing cute at all about it and the ONLY saving grace was our server. read more

I had a calzone and it was absolutely tasty, it was really really big two. It lasted me for two whole meals. We got a pick up order and they were super quick on getting it to use, even though it was Mother's Day. So I'm super duper impressed. read more

The food is amazing. The prices are great. I don't like the disposable cups only for all drinks. The bathrooms are falling apart, there's a gaping hole on the stall door and anyone can see you using the restroom. The whole place could use remodel. read more

We arrived on a Wednesday evening close to 6:00 and the it was packed. To our pleasant surprise, the wait for 2 was very short and the service was quick. We got a 16" hand-tossed pizza and mozzarella sticks. which were all delicious. We would go back. read more

We found this restaurant a good ways away from any other stores/restaurants. The interior needs a major update. It's very dated and doesn't really suit an Italian vibe. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our wait seemed a bit long but overall the food was ok. We ordered cheese fries as an appetizer and a cheese calzone (we added pepperoni and banana peppers.) The menu is quite limited. I was hoping for some chicken parm; and despite the fact that they serve chicken and spaghetti, they don't offer chicken parm. Even the calzone was a basic cheese and if you wanted more than just cheese, you had to pay extra for each topping. With that being said, the calzones are large portions, but ours had way too much garlic butter on it. It literally pooled in the pan. read more

Don't eat at Pasquale's!!! The staff will ignore you and seat people they know instead of who comes in first. They'll also talk bad about you and your family in front of you! They put everyone waiting to be seat in one area no space to move and they'll start forget about you unless you stay on them about being sat. After we finally got to sit at a table they forgot about us again for almost 20 mins without a menu or anything to drink finally our sever came and she was nice gave us menus and drinks but then we had to wait almost 30 mins or more for our food. Ok So I randomly decide to eat here during my brief visit to maysville. It opens at 11 and I got there at 11:15. The parking lot was already getting filled. I walked in on the left side which is apparently the carry out side and was informed to go to the right side. So make sure you do that. The amazing special today was a 7" 2 topping pizza and a soft drink for $3.99!!!!! I defy you to find a better deal. Btw the pizza was great. My coworker got a calzone and said it was the best he's ever had. This place is super amazing and I highly suggest you stop in. read more

My favorite pizza place is Pasquale's in Maysville, KY. On this day I had a Chef Salad with Thousand Island Dressing, garlic bread with extra garlic sauce. I also had a few pieces of pizza from my friend's large 3 topper for only $9.99. Besides having the best pizza, it is one of the most economical place to eat in the area. My salad was plentiful and I like all the options of salad dressing. We also received great customer service from our waitress Chelsea Combs on 1/08/21. Chelsea has such a pleasant, fun attitude that is hard to teach and or coach. It is evident that Chelsea likes her job. The restroom could have been a little cleaner, but it was not bad enough to hurt the entire experience. read more

The local favorite has built a long standing reputation for delicious food. In fact we still get an itch and drive the hour to stop in for a meal. We cannot get enough of their garlic bread. This is your typical family restaurant. They serve pizzas, pastas, hoagies and much more. The food is not expensive. This is a family favorite must stop when in town. A must have is the steak hoagie which is delicious (add garlic butter). The 10 inch pizza is enough for two people. They are extremely busy on the weekends. This place has the delightful ambiance of an older, maybe 50's or 60's era pizzeria. I loved it. We ordered the thin crust large pizza, and devoured the entire pie, which is something as I am not the pizza lover my wife is. In that this pizza parlor is almost thirty miles from us, it is saying quite a lot that we would jump in the car and drive there to eat. The staff is courteous, and the food is delicious. I only have two cons about the place. 1. No beer. I remember in my younger days, going to pizza parlors with friends, and having beer to drink, usually from a pitcher. I don't know if Pasquale's has ever had beer, but if it is at all possible, I'd love to see it added to the menu. I mean, really. Beer and pizza? What's not to like! 2. Anchovies. Ok, ok, I get it. Not everyone likes anchovies, but I do, and, like it or not, anchovies are a traditional topping for pizza. They are not on the menu, but they could be. One of my favorite treats is an onion and anchovy pizza with beer. I'd love to be able to order that combo. I am sad that they don't have anchovies or beer, two of my favorite items in a typical pizza parlor, but what they do have is awesome. We have been back several times since discovering this place and are now dedicated customers. We will definitely be back. read more

Pasquales has been wonderful for years and always consistent. Had lunch there today only to find out its not near what it used to be. They used to have the best stromboli sandwiches before changing their bread, its not even close to the same texture or flavor. Boneless wings was nothing more than chicken nuggets with sauce. I was passing through Maysville when I found this local favorite! The staff was so friendly and SHOCKED that we had never dined there before - we told them it was because we were just traveling. The food was out quickly even though this spot was packed. The food is most likely derived from out of the box spaghetti and canned marinara sauce, but I can't imagine there is anywhere else to compete with it. The prices are very reasonable with pasta dishes starting at $5 and topping off at $11. We did not order the pizza but it looked great and I wish we would have. Usually, it is a good sign when you drive by and see the parking lot packed with cars and the next night when you visit the place, the lot is, once again, packed with cars. We stopped for pizza and ordered a 16" with som Ife cheese bread or whatever they call it. First, we had to wait for a seat which was not long at all. No more than a five-minute wait and we had several groups ahead of us. The inside is a well-worn place and quite busy. In fact, our waitress was a very pleasant lady who made people feel like family. She would keep our drinks filled. Now to the cheese bread. These were nothing more than a small pizza with mozzarella cheese on them and some seasoning. The bread portion reminded me of Pizza Hut pan pizza, which I do not like. It wasn't my thing. The dipping sauce they provided was sweet. Again, not my thing. I don't care for sweet sauces. You need a balance where the sweetness is not overpowering and comes across as natural. The pizza was a hand-tossed pizza, though I am unsure if it was tossed. The toppings were standard and nothing to write home about. The crust was a bit soggy in the middle and for the love of God you don't cut it into grids. As for taste, it was bland. Shockingly bland. Almost as if all of the ability to taste food was ripped out of our mouths. This is one trick that amazes me. I saw green peppers, onions, pepperoni, and mushrooms but we tasted none of it. We even had a short discussion at the table trying to figure it out. I find any of the pasta related dishes to be suspect based on the sauce. I cannot comment on their hoagies, sandwiches, or burgers. Maybe those are to die for, though I suspect this region is in need of some good pizza. If your local, I guess you love it and do enjoy, but there is much better out there. read more

You would be better served at the worst fast food restaurant than this place. There is no way this is a 4.5 star restaurant. The staff was surly or indifferent and the food is marginal. We had a pizza, spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo and chef salad. The pizza was bland and the crust was horrible. The spaghetti tasted like it was from a can. We have had better salads at McDonalds and the fettuccine was inedible. Avoid this restaurant at all costs unless cost is your only measure of value. read more
