The manager, along with several patrons, followed us outside the restaurant, where we were taunted and subjected to shouted insults. No customer should ever have to endure harassment simply for dining at an establishment or expressing concerns. A restaurant's management sets the tone for the entire business, and in this case the manager's conduct created a hostile and intimidating environment. Regardless of the circumstances, treating customers with basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum standard. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience. The food is secondary when customers are made to feel unsafe, disrespected, and harassed. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously and addresses the behavior of both management and staff before someone else has a similar experience.

They import and sell exclusively Italian wines, and they source their wines directly from farmers who are dedicated to organic farming practices. They also import many wines from young winemakers as well as female winemakers (from regions where female winemakers are not very common). The tasting room is very comfortable and had plenty of seating for people on a Saturday night around 6. You can drop in for shopping (they offer all 50 of their wines in their bottle shop) or to hang out (they offer rotating flights, glasses of wine, and a build your own charcuterie board menu). I was there for the $30 tasting (which is by reservation only), which included five wines and a some snacks (some chips, some cheese, some olives, and some fresh preserves/jam). Bailey, their somm, took such great care of me throughout my tasting. He brought me a map of Italy and described each wine and the winemaker with incredible detail and insight. I enjoyed all of the wines and the snacks! I also left with a few bottles to enjoy later at home! I had a great time at Vine Bar.
