I didn't think much of it as this brand has changed their packaging previously. (They went from glass bottles to plastic.) Sadly, upon opening this when I got home, I realize not only was it the WRONG brand, the bottle is HALF the size. I was given the wrong juice altogether, with Sapphire Nic to be added... when it clearly states on the packaging that the juice ALREADY contains nicotine. I was also charged more for this. I guess I should stick to ordering from online vendors. [EDIT] I just bumped up my review upon a third visit this evening. Thankfully they're open late! Going back, I wasn't expecting much. However, upon speaking to someone else & explaining the situation, I was at least allowed to exchange the previous purchase. (Most shops I've gone to do not allow refunds or exchanges.) I left a happier camper than when I first walked in & that's all I could've asked for.

Store was totally empty and I one customer service person was standing outside. Not a big deal figured she was just on break, so I go inside with her asking about their vape selection as I suffer from severe anxiety and was hoping to get something to help, her very first suggestion was to go to dispensary 33 down the street to get THC marijuana products. I tried to explain that I don't handle marijuana well but was looking for suggestions for helping with anxiety for which she had not a single one, I try to ask about delta 8 which is new to me and the difference between that and other CBD products for which she didn't have an answer. I ended up picking a few items on my own without any guidance from the customer service person and left. Spent $120 on items that I hope may help but who knows. I doubt I'll go back again anytime soon especially when you have other stores with very knowledgeable staff. Really disappointed to see how the store declined
