Quite possibly the nicest smoke shop I've ever been in! They feature a wide variety of quality cigars, hookah tobaccos & accessories, vape accessories, pipes and utensils of all shapes and sizes. The shop is clean, bright & attractive, the prices are great, and the staff is awesome! There are two things that make Saint Lucia's stand out as a 5-Star Smoke Shop: 1. The hand-blown glass and 2. The service. The impeccably clean and well organized showcases sparkle with the intricate loops, curls and spirals of the "museum quality" blown glass pipes & accessories. There are some very nice high-end pieces available, but clearly they use a discerning eye when choosing their entire selection. Even their less expensive pieces are eye catchers. I have visited the store this past week, when I needed to purchase a bday gift and as little as I know about cigars, I was extremely happy how my little shopping adventure went down at Saint Lucia's smoke shop. I walked in and I was greeted by Ninja, a beautiful dog, lovely one. As about the sales representative, I must apologize, I don't remember her name, I assume that she was the owner( and if she wasn't then the owner must keep her forever and cherish her because she is just amazing with customers) but she was far above any sales person I encountered with lately. A new gem has blessed Western Avenue! Great prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean (!!), and above all, not saturated with seizure-inducing neon lights like some smoke shops I've frequented. If this isn't the retail paradise for you, they don't make you feel uncomfortable or weird. You can chill out on the comfy couch while your buddies are getting their spend on. I went to this shop before Christmas, looking for a good portable vaporizer for a present. At first I went to another shop on the same street by mistake, where they didn't even care about making a sale, and I choked and coughed on overwhelming scent fumes. Thank goodness the air was scent free in this shop, and the girls here were real helpful. One of them even got my sense of humor when I said the gift was for my ex-boyfriend. She laughed and said there must be a good reason, and that she didn't even want to ask why. They didn't have the model of portable vaporizer I wanted because they were all sold out, and I didn't care for the Snoop Dogg model they showed me, so I was given a $38 discount on a different kind of vaporizer called an Arizer Solo. This place gives a good name to the term 'head shop'. They have a super knowledgeable and friendly staff who takes the time to demystify the world of 'stuff to smoke out of'. They carry everything you would expect from cigs and candy to cool glass pieces and vapes (yes I say vape now). You get the feeling they're committed to their craft and it shows in the cleanliness of the shop as well as the professionalism of their crew. This is NOT that dingy smoke shop you went to as a teen. I came to Saint Lucias for a new vaporizer since my old one broke. I brought my old one with and the associate tested it out and agreed it wasn't hitting anymore. He quickly showed me 3 different types he recommended and answered any questions I had. I ended up going with the Swan and it's been working amazing for me. They also have a pretty decent cigar collection, they had my tried and true Romeo and Julieta cigars. I also purchased a torch which they were happy to top off for me. There are tons of other similar shops closer to my house, but I'll go out of my way to go to Saint Lucia's. Finally, a great smoke shop moved in the neighborhood! No pretentiousness here. Just very down to earth, friendly and VERY knowledgeable staff here who will walk you through all the hookahs, vaporizers, cigarettes, glass, hemp products, etc... and answer any and all questions you may have (and they have a couch to lounge in? Nice!). What's more, they have a beautiful temp-controlled humidor room in the back where they store a wide selection of cigars. So, if supporting small businesses is something that is important to you, then this is the type of establishment you should keep coming back to again and again...
