I purchased a toy here as a gift for my wife. I paid $115 for it because I wanted something quality that she wouldn't break in a week and to both of our disappointment, as soon as she turned it on, within 5 seconds, it quit working. She didn't even get to play with it, it Just stopped. The box was undamaged, the product appeared to be undamaged, however the toy is broken. When we took it back to Passion City, we were told "all sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges". To me, that's bad business. I could understand if we were simply unsatisfied with the product, however, they sold us a broken product and refused to simply exchange it for a working one. Instead, they told us we had to contact the distributor or manufacturer and have them deal with it. I had the toy in it's original box that it came in, and the receipt. I go to a store to purchase a product so I don't have to order it from the manufacturer. If they sell a product, they should return it if it's broken. To me, that's bad business. Now I have to send emails and phone calls, and potentially ship stuff. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate that a business right around the corner from my house refuses to stand behind the products they sell. read more

I went in there to buy some under garments, and I felt like the Korean lady was watching me like I was going to steal. Also she has no return policy for applicable items. I purchased a toy which we used once and really liked. Long story short, I tried using energizers rather than Duracells. I thought the toy was broken so I purchased another. Then when I got home tried energizers in the new toy it didn't work. NEVER used it because I determined that the one I owned only works with Duracells. I tried to return the unused toy for a store credit not refund or exchange. Mary the owner denied me and straight out refused to do anything for me.... I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!
