I've been to this place twice. I'm a great cook, but this place is comparable to my own soul food cooking. I've only gone on Sunday's, so be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your order. There was a huge church group dining in and my order took way longer to be ready than my first visit. The food is prepared already, but I had to wait for my fried chicken to get cooked. I raved about, and told everyone who would listen about how much I love this place. But my most recent encounter changed that. I ordered a delivery on 05/29/26 for 05/30/26 to be delivered after church. I was so looking forward to the his wonderful feast. The collard greens were missing. I was quite upset, and call Passion eats,instead of calmly taking care of the situation they tried to blame the delivery driver, and everyone else. I told them the driver wasn't responsible for the missing side. They became very angry,and insulting,l asked to speak to a manager,guest what she was the manager. I have patronized this place pretty often, and have always been pleased with the food. The food I got on this occasion was even below par. What happened? Our family came here spontaneously after a funeral, and the staff was able to accommodate 20+ people on very short notice. They did an amazing job. Super patient, super kind. And the food was so sooo good. Of course with 20+ people we got to try a wider range of what was offered, and we were pleased. The Dressing definitely gets a zero. the corn bread was burnt and it didn't mold together at all. The spagh taste like it was left overs. The catfish was cooked too hard and very thin.
