We asked for our dog to get a bath and cut the day of today before we picked him up and they still didn't find time to do the cut.. I'm not sure what's going on. He's a 10lb Bichon so I can't see the struggle lol Update: We took him to PetCo and Jody did a fantastic job. We finally got to see what our scraggly little rescue dog looked like under his mess of hair! Definitely going back to PetCo for his grooming needs!

The rates have not changed except you now have to pay for play time and bathroom breaks. which frankly is a little inhumane. if you purchased five or 10 packs for daycare there now charging you an additional dollar for pet care which really doesn't make any sense. It should be a standard fee included in the cost. I think I'm gonna take my $2000 to $4000 a year out of Countryside and move it to Indian Bridge. Staff has become a little disrespectful to the customers

She is very professional while making your feel relaxed about having someone take care of your fur-loves while you're away. You can tell she loves what she does & actually pays attention to your requests & your animals' schedules & routines. She leaves a detailed note each time she visits & is honest in saying whether or not your pet ate a full meal or if they were grumpy (or if they were sweet). She walks the dog's each day we are gone, feeds them, gives them love & cleans up after them all in the comfort of the dogs' own home so there is less separation anxiety. The visit request service is very user friendly & payment is secure. Pricing is very reasonable & flexible based on your visit requests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Our little cocker spaniel looked so handsome and he was happy, completely relaxed and not at all anxious. We have tried other groomers and he is usually very nervous during and after the grooming experience. As a result he would often have some uneven cuts and if not we would have complaints about him being wiggly or reports of him crying. When we arrived to pick up our pup from Rufflections he was happy, his tail was not tucked, he was wagging and completely relaxed! The groomer did an amazing job and not one issue with him being wiggly or crying! Tasha did an amazing job! We found our new place!

Our dogs are always happy and healthy when we return, and she leaves little notes letting us know things they did each visit. Dee also helped us find an excellent training place that has helped steer us in the direction of therapy dog for our latest rescue. We've been using Love Those Paws since 2015 to watch our cockatiels when we go on vacation. It is…read moremuch less expensive than boarding them at the vet and less stressful for the animals. The sitters vary but all are enthusiastic based on the reports they leave. After every visit the sitter leaves a note of when they came and left and what they did. They also usually text us an update and a picture of our birds. We come back to a stack of reports. The sitter stays a while after the food, water, and paper are changed to make sure the birds aren't acting weird, and I hear that some singing goes on. We've never had a problem and have be accommodated at very short notice when we want to go away for the weekend. I highly recommend this company. 1/27/20 Update: Just used them again during a ten day trip to Hawaii. I'm pretty sure our birds are in love with Alex, who came for most oF the visits. Now they are just stuck with us. As always, a great experience and we love being able to travel without any worries.

The pet sitter who was assigned was Kim. She spent plenty of time with the cats and made sure they were well cared for while I was away. The visit reports they leave are really cute as well. Could not have gone smoother! I'd also like to add that they were available with very short notice (3 other pet sitting companies were unable to handle our request). Also want to add that Stewart (when he came for the home visit) was wearing a mask and gloves to protect against COVID (a welcome sight).
