The rates have not changed except you now have to pay for play time and bathroom breaks. which frankly is a little inhumane. if you purchased five or 10 packs for daycare there now charging you an additional dollar for pet care which really doesn't make any sense. It should be a standard fee included in the cost. I think I'm gonna take my $2000 to $4000 a year out of Countryside and move it to Indian Bridge. It's just irritating, immature, and childish. The whole company have helped me jumping through hoops with veterinary health certificates and making sure everything is kosher for travel and up to date- time and time AGAIN! Just go in and say that you'd like to look at the cats for adoption. Or heck, just volunteer there and you can spend as much time with the cats as you like...for free. With almost every family struggling to get by nowadays, paying $56 for a family of four to spend just 30 minutes with some cats...doesn't sound like a successful long term business plan. Our dog walker, Doris, even tried brushing out our heavily shedding chow mix who does not like being brushed. I called on a Monday to book a stay for the upcoming weekend for two nights. The next day found out trip had to be postponed due to covid and called immediately to cancel the reservation I had just booked 24 hours ago. Because their policy is that a reservation must be cancelled at least 10 days prior, I would not be able to recover my 50 percent deposit (of $55). I understand the policy, but many businesses allow a grace period of at least 24 hours, or at least issue a credit to the account. Also, I'm glad it was only a two night stay/$55 deposit and not more. This is the first time I've ever had to cancel but sadly I won't be returning so as not to have this happen again, which I mentioned to them but got no response.
