I went there later in the afternoon, friday,11/27 to buy multiple bags of stove pellets. Spoke to…read morecashier who was extremely friendly. Ask to purchase multiple bags of stove pellets and asked if they could be loaded into the car. The cashier called for backup assistance, asked if I would mind waiting a few moments, which I did and he continued to ring customers. A few minutes later the cashier came back, apologized and said that there was only one other person working in the store and was called away for something else I'm building style house for my girl and thanked me for my patience. He then went over to the stove pellets grab the bag and rang me up for the 15 I had requested, I paid and you gave me the receipt. He said to pull around front and Rob would come out and load them into my car. It did take a little while longer but eventually Rob came out with the bags and assisted me in loading them into the car. He was quick courteous and professional. As these two employees were helping me they continue to help other customers who had questions and wanted to make purchases. I was impressed that these two gentlemen Rob who was the manager on duty, and Ryan how was the cashier were able to run the store as well as they did with only the two of them. I did have to wait a bit, but all the customers were treated courteously had their questions answered, and items rang up quickly. Having only two employees on a Friday afternoon seemed odd, but they did a fantastic job. If it had been any busier though I'm not sure it would have worked

I went to get a window shade for my bathroom. I provided the measurements, and it was cut like…read moresomeone did it in the dark. It looks awful and I'm glad it was under $10. The whole shade was cut in a messy, jagged manner. The stick at the bottom was also cut jaggedly and not secured, as shown in my picture. If I wasn't in such a rush and knew that this is the type of work they do, I would've inspected it closely before paying and rushing out.

Even gate surrounding the entire property. When it was all done. I stood there and cried. I had lived in that home since I was 11 yrs old, and never had it looked that magnificent. I was locked in my apartment one day after a delivery came. It was a Sunday afternoon and everyone was closed. The delivery person was locked in with us. I called Stargate and Lock, Mickey picked up; I told him my dilemma; he sent Jeff. We were out and with a new more secure lock in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Stargate and lock to anyone in need of professional locksmith, iron construction, or simply hardware services.
