Unsafe work conditions, extremely dirty warehouse and very unorganized. It is gross. I worked at Pella windows and their warehouse was clean and in order. Barely any dust. Swift's warehouse is disgusting. Like to know what they give their employees for end of the year bonus? Your end of the year bonus is a box of chocolate covered almonds. Bill listened to my concerns and immediately began to educate me on how to determine if the floor was installed the right way and how I would be able to correct what had been done. Bill was genuinely interested in making sure I had the right information about tiles, the installation process and different techniques to get the best results. In the end, I had to remove everything down to the subfloor but I am so happy that I did because I will now avoid years of continuously having to repair a bad floor. Bill worked with me to pick the best floor tile for the design and price I wanted. He also met with my new contractor to make sure the floor would be installed correctly. It was such a good experience as a customer that I went back to get my counter and backsplash tiles. Bill was able to get all the products to me lightening fast and the quality was even better than I expected. Bill's expertise, compassion and great sense of humor helped me get through what started out as a nightmare. I now have a kitchen that I absolutely love! He and Carmine earned both my trust and my loyalty. I cant imagine working with anyone else in the future.

I am a handy homeowner who's knows his way around many areas of construction. My experience with the lady at the counter was anything but a pleasant one. I guess the fact that I was dress in office work clothes she assumed I had no idea what I was speaking about. She was short and condescending. I was challenged on trade terminology. When I asked to confirm how many "boards" I ordered, she gave me the number of "studs". I am sorry "boards, not "studs". Her response was and I quote " a 2x4 is a board. It is a piece of wood, so it is a board". I asked her what do you call a 4 x 8 piece of sheetrock. Really? This is your challenging response at 8am. I do everything to support the few small local businesses eft. It's unappreciative attitudes like this that make it hard. Maybe I should have walked across the street to the big store. All that said I is a really nice store. Clean and well maintained. Customer service needs to be better.
