Everyone is on board from the moment you walk into the store. We just purchased a suite of appliances last week. The salesman, Rich, took the time to walk my mother through every appliance she was interested in, guided her to a more quiet dishwasher (did you know they rate dishwashers on sound? Our salesman did!), helped her find appliances in stock, and set the delivery date. The store manager, Andrew, and his assistant, Crystal, were so kind. If you live in a condo, you know what a pain delivery can be. Crystal has an entire binder of COI's in her reach to make delivery easier. Never saw that at Lowe's or Home Depot. P.C. Richards is still family-owned, and they act like it. You will NOT get the same service in any big box store. The prices are very competitive, but it's the service that matters, especially during the Covid era where delivery and stock are in question. I would not hesitate to purchase appliances again in the Nanuet store.

Everyone left and an hour later I received a call from a friend who went to check for himself, and the customer ahead of him purchased the last one. I then called the store and asked the employee if they received any Pokemon product today and I was told no. Either some shady business is happening or the employees are ignorant as to what they're selling. Either way it's not a good look for business.

The website and user manual show a photo of the product components and I had everything pictured. After purchasing two cords to try to charge the device, I realized that the description of "USB" port was incorrect and that the port the manual refers to is not a USB port. I called the store and spent over 30 minutes trying to get help with this. The employee helping me had no idea what was going on. He was a new employee and didn't even know what device I was talking about, even though I offered to give him the item number several times. When I finally insisted and gave him the item number (after 25 minutes), he realized he didn't have that item in stock to compare. He told me to call back and said that he would not answer, so that that woman at the other store would pick up and help me. SO, I call... and call... and call.. No answer. I reach out via the website chat. I finally receive an email asking for my order number, which I didn't have because it was an in-store transaction. The woman from NY finally calls me. She has a horrible attitude and actually laughed at me several times during the call. She cited a 7 day exchange only policy. My item was purchased 3 weeks prior. So, even thoughI do not have all of the components, had to spend a ridiculous amount of time dealing with these people, and have a recording device that is flimsy and sub-par to others that I've used, this store will not talk the product back and give me a refund. Again, do not shop here. Save yourself a headache.

Customer service is incredibly helpful, they will walk you through every facet of options, finishes, etc. I would suggest making sure you give yourself plenty of time when going here. Also it may be a good idea to set up an appt with someone before you go in. All of them are really great. I worked with Michael McGrath he was incredible and so helpful. So, after the fact of delivery, I had an question with my kitchen sink and disposal hookup. I called the showroom to find out about it. Michael couldn't answer me right away, (my plumber was waiting to finish the job) but he said that within 30 minutes he would get back to me. He did, and definitely was not only able to solve the problem, but give me the vendor representative from that company to talk directly to my plumber on how to resolve the problem. The customer service here is A+. I'm a happy camper and I recommend them highly for all your kitchen and bathroom needs.

Not much has evolved at this store over the last 20+ years. When you walk in, they still have a single counter dedicated to customer service, returns, and order pickups. Yeah... imagine the line and how slowly it moves. They do have lockers for picking up smaller online orders, although I've never used them. Curbside pickup is available too if you'd rather not go inside. One of Home Depot's biggest strengths is the garden center. Compared to many local nurseries, the prices are almost always better. You can even order trees online with free shipping. I've done that several times, and what arrives has always been healthy and usually large enough to meet expectations. Outside, you'll find a large selection of trees and shrubs, and there's a huge parking lot, so getting in and out is easy. Staff members are usually helpful when you need them. If I had to point to one thing this store should improve, it's that all-in-one customer service counter. Ugh. Separate returns from pickups already!

My experience with Vini, the kitchen designer, was extremely disappointing. I was promised one kitchen design and ultimately received something completely different. The entire process became frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful. Although Paul did make an effort to resolve the issues, by that point the lack of communication and trust had already caused too many problems. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting kitchen renovation turned into a very negative experience. I hope the company improves its customer service and follows through more carefully on what is promised to clients.
