    I've shopped at this P.C. Richard location for my elderly mom a few times, and every staff member…read morehas bent over backward to make sure she's 100% delighted and supported with every purchase she's made. Everyone is on board from the moment you walk into the store. We just purchased a suite of appliances last week. The salesman, Rich, took the time to walk my mother through every appliance she was interested in, guided her to a more quiet dishwasher (did you know they rate dishwashers on sound? Our salesman did!), helped her find appliances in stock, and set the delivery date. The store manager, Andrew, and his assistant, Crystal, were so kind. If you live in a condo, you know what a pain delivery can be. Crystal has an entire binder of COI's in her reach to make delivery easier. Never saw that at Lowe's or Home Depot. P.C. Richards is still family-owned, and they act like it. You will NOT get the same service in any big box store. The prices are very competitive, but it's the service that matters, especially during the Covid era where delivery and stock are in question. I would not hesitate to purchase appliances again in the Nanuet store.

    I was with several people waiting outside prior to store open in the hopes of getting Pokemon…read moreproduct today, 7/10. 30 mins prior to open, an employee came out and made an announcement that they didn't receive any new Pokemon product. Everyone left and an hour later I received a call from a friend who went to check for himself, and the customer ahead of him purchased the last one. I then called the store and asked the employee if they received any Pokemon product today and I was told no. Either some shady business is happening or the employees are ignorant as to what they're selling. Either way it's not a good look for business.

    I have never done business with a store that is so poorly run. Most of the times you call there's someone there who can't give you the right information.     DO NOT SHOP HERE! I…read morepurchased a recording device from this store. When I went to use the device, I could not charge it to set it up. The website and user manual show a photo of the product components and I had everything pictured. After purchasing two cords to try to charge the device, I realized that the description of "USB" port was incorrect and that the port the manual refers to is not a USB port. I called the store and spent over 30 minutes trying to get help with this. The employee helping me had no idea what was going on. He was a new employee and didn't even know what device I was talking about, even though I offered to give him the item number several times. When I finally insisted and gave him the item number (after 25 minutes), he realized he didn't have that item in stock to compare. He told me to call back and said that he would not answer, so that that woman at the other store would pick up and help me. SO, I call... and call... and call.. No answer. I reach out via the website chat. I finally receive an email asking for my order number, which I didn't have because it was an in-store transaction. The woman from NY finally calls me. She has a horrible attitude and actually laughed at me several times during the call. She cited a 7 day exchange only policy. My item was purchased 3 weeks prior. So, even thoughI do not have all of the components, had to spend a ridiculous amount of time dealing with these people, and have a recording device that is flimsy and sub-par to others that I've used, this store will not talk the product back and give me a refund. Again, do not shop here. Save yourself a headache.
