I'm a little biased. I'm used to LGA's Sky Club, which is hailed as one of the best, if not the best, in the nation. Sparkling marble, delicious snacks, premium bar. The Passport Club is essentially a basic, bland, beige room with some chairs and proctored snacks. You enter, and there is a proctor for the snacks and drinks (sodas and water). Snacks are things like cheese crackers and candy. No alcohol; I had to buy a gin & tonic at an outside venue and bring it with me. There are several plain navy chairs and a counter along the back, which I sat at to get some work done. Wasn't bad, but lots of loud old guys on the phone. One bathroom for each sex. This spot is open to certain status holders, such as first class delta fliers, or delta sky miles reserves members. Better than sitting at the gate. read more

The lounge is dated and small. It only has coffee and tea. You have to ask for the cookies from the front desk staff. You do get some privacy from the crowded waiting areas though. The customer service was decent. read more

This is the dumpiest sky lounge I've ever seen, even for the size of this airport. I see no reason anyone would go here except to use the bathroom and maybe a cup of free tea. The "snacks" are behind the reception desk and you have to ask for them. Let's say any standard best western breakfast blows the doors off the food you'd find in this lounge. And everyone was crammed in there on top of each other. No way to take a conference call from there. Sitting out at the gate is way better. Roomier, places to plug in. Actual food. If all lounges looked like this I would not renew my Amex. Think 80s hospital emergency room but smaller but that's my personal opinion. Hilton Head/Savannah airport really needs to up their game on that. read more

This is the worst Passport Club I have been in. They offer you cheese and cracker packs (one) or Chex mix that they put in a small 2 inch wide paper cup for you. Also, it was so hot in there, we stayed for 10 minutes. They do have electricity to charge your phones but so do the terminal seats outside in the air conditioning. Compared to no amenities (never mind a club) at HHH this lounge scored five stars. It is unfair to compare it to a large airline lounge at a large airport. Here is what they do great: offer comfortable seating and guest wifi, have water, soft drinks, coffee and clean bathrooms available. Here is what they do ok: offer sugary bulk snacks (think m&m's in a cup) and high carb snacks (captains crackers). No options for diabetics or carb conscious patrons. Overall, we were pleased to find this option. It is also available to first class passengers where airline clubs are not. read more

My first small airport lounge experience - hard to compare to larger airport lounges. I feel like I'm in the waiting area of my auto dealership's repair area. Limited snacks, that are behind the attendant and you have to ask for. Best thing you can say about the coffee is that it's free (Starbucks is right outside the doors). For the size of the airport, it's really nice that this is here. There isn't room for every airline to have their own club, so this one is here for all airline clubs to use (as well as first class ticket holders, which is really nice). Would I pay for it? For a long layover, yes, for just a few minutes, no. They have some pretty good coffee, limited snacks, and some soft drinks. Mostly it's a nice quiet & comfortable place to sit away from the busy airport gates. Clean & private bathrooms are nice, too. read more

The Savannah Hilton Head International Airport has a VIP lounge called the Passport Club. Being that we were flying First Class on Delta, we entered this lounge easily. The Passport Club is located soon after you enter the airport after you clear security towards the end of the gate concourse. When you enter, a friendly attendant at a desk on the right checks your eligibility and then you're in. The Passport Club is basically a rectangular room which has limited snacks and drinks. It was comfortable and the attendant was very friendly. read more

Tiny, no frills room to wait for your flight. Not expecting the bells and whistles of a centurion lounge, but the fact that drinks and snacks are kept behind the front desk so you have to ask is ridiculous. One of the few electrical outlets was being used for the Christmas tree lights. So no readily accessible food and drinks or outlets. Give me a break. read more

First off, remember what city you are talking about. not saying anything bad about Savannah, just that it only has like 2 million people go though it a year. Pretty impressive that they even have a club lounge. on a side note, Charleston SC, much larger airport, doesn't even have a lounge. so, how to you get in.... i flew through there the week before thanksgiving 2018 and was told that access was given to, anyone flying first class, if you had a Airline credit card of a carrier that flies out of Savannah, AMEX PLAT or higher. I didn't asked but i would think any Premium credit card that had access to PRIORITY PASS ie; CHASE SAF RESERVE, might be you access. i think the other reviews expect a little too much from a lounge. Go fly into Atlanta if you really want all the jazz. a few things i care about any lounge. i fly out of Houston so i have access to a AMEX lounge so i have seen the good the bad and the ugly. a quite place away from kids CHECK a decent chair to sit and relax CHECK free decent speed wifi CHECK free hot coffee (single pouch machine) CHECK free cold bottled water, juice, soda CHECK free crackers, (at time i was there 2pm) free trail mix, jelly bellies, cookies, goldfish snacks, your typical snack munchies CHECK clean bathrooms 10 feet from my chair CHECK Booze NO (again small airport, in comparison flew out of Manchester, UK "58 MILLION " per yer had ONE beer on tap) 5 star mainly for just being there. the alternative pay for overpriced food and drink and have to fight for a seat at a bar or sit around crowds and noise at the gate. a great surprise that a small airport has a place to get away. hope it stays there if i ever fly back to that part of the country. read more

It's essentially a contained room with approximately 18 lounge chairs and 8 bar stools facing out. Fare was behind check in counter for better control. Pretty no frills but a decent escape from the 'main terminal.' Open to FC flyers and AmEx Plat holders. read more

This is a poor excuse for an airport lounge. It's nothing more than an oversized airport closet, with very little space for guests. The staff were nice but constantly had to turn away people simply because there was nowhere to sit. They need to limit this lounge only to members or people with a certain credit card membership; not just everyone in business/first class. read more

OK. It's not that bad. Just a nice hideaway from the rest of the airport. You need to have a club membership at Delta, United, JetBlue, etc in order to gain access. They have private bathrooms (single seaters), free coffee and soft drinks. That's it. All you get is quiet and privacy. read more

Really 2.5 stars. This is a very bare-bones lounge in an already quiet airport. The Savannah airport already offers free wi-fi so the ammeneties offered within the club are small upgrades. Free coffee, juices and water. Free cookies. Single bathrooms. One television and 2 monitors for arrivals and departures. I've never seen anyone else inside the club in the 3 times we've been here. read more

So I got to SAV airport with time to spare and I went to the passport club. I was flying United so I got in. Nice clean quiet. Coffee water and assorted cracker packs. Great WiFi and charging stations. For a small airport this is rated 5 stars. Oh, clean bathrooms as well. read more

I don't really know how to review this place. There's nothing inherently bad about it but certainly not good. There's a coffee machine and a small selection of canned drinks. Apparently some snacks available behind the counter. It's quieter than the rest of the airport, so if you need to get work done or don't want to spend $4 for a Coke, it's worth popping in. read more

This is a very odd room. It's an airport lounge that's not as nice as the rest of the airport. Feels almost like a friendly detention center. The Internet is slower than the main terminal, the coffee isn't really drinkable: it comes from an antiquated single serve system. Like a proto Keurig or Nespresso. There's a strange system where you can ask the receptionist for a small cup of candies. I didn't do it. read more

Meh. This club is def on the small side. Still a way to get away from the crowds in the airport but not very exciting. They have water and instant coffees. The coffees are pretty terrible though. Sad, because coffee was much needed when I landed. Went to Starbucks after I left. The lady behind the counter was very annoyed when we asked her any questions of requested bottled drinks that were housed behind the counter. She ended up not giving us any drinks because she said she would have to get up to get more. Huh?? The best though.... mini cookies!! There are several kinds and pretty tasty. At least there was a little bit of a sugar rush while we hungout for a bit. read more
