TL;DR: -Bad service -Weird seating -Fantastic food Long version: The dinner did not start well. The young lady that was working on seating us was not welcoming. They only had the bar available (but we have a 2yo) and a table, that was apparently reserved (but no one took it while we dined ‍). She was also not trying to find a solution such as "we can put your name on the list and come back in 20 minutes for a table" - we almost left. But I figured how about eating at the bar and stacking 2 high-chairs so our little one is at table level. We went with that solution. We went by the assigned spot. The young lady came back a few moments after to inform us that the stroller could not stay where we placed and that we had to move it. We told her we would move it as soon as we can. But she waited by the table and after 10 seconds asked us if we could do this now. Total lack of empathy as I was trying to deal with our little one and my spouse was trying to order quick on their tablet menu to be out of here asap, bed time as coming fast. The advantage with their tablet menu is that you don't have to deal with the staff to order food. I still had to find someone so they could bring my desert at the end of the meal. Now let's speak food. They have a large variety of fresh pasta that you can customize in many ways. They use the Italian names in many categories which is annoying as I had to google to see what it means. What ever you crave for, you can compose it. I went super classic and ordered spaghetti carbonara. That was the most delicious pasta I had in a long time. I paired that with whatever red by the glass they served. I had a blast. Amazing. My partner was equally happy with her pasta and our little one was stuffing her face. I took the profiteroles for dessert. I must say the presentation wasn't appetizing but they were great. Food wise. That was probably my best meal in London. Service and seating wise, the worst. Seating on the stool was not great and it was wobbly. I'd go back, I hope they work on the service because they truly have something going on here.

One of the best places I ate during my trip! This place had a delicious pasta and apps. Staff was also friendly and attentive. I knocked off a star for two reasons though: one was because my pasta listed red pepper as an ingredient, yet I didn't taste it at all. It was tasty, but definitely could've benefitted from that little spice. Second was that they closed early, just because it was a slow night. I understand this happens, and at one point it was only us and one other table left, but I just thought about anyone that may have shown up later that expected the place to be open and it was suddenly closed. It also felt a little weird that as we were paying, they shut off the music and started cleaning up tables, but the other table there had just gotten their food. It was pretty busy when we first sat. Other than these two things though, we had a great meal and enjoyed our time there. They seem very accommodating to groups, allowing you to split the bill, and if you ask, you can get your meal and pay right away if you are heading to a West End show. Try it out and see what you think!

Absolutely incredible. I seriously cannot overstate how amazing this food was. I've had a lot of pasta in a lot of places, and this is hands down the best I've ever had. And it's not even close. Italian is probably my favorite type of food, and I could go on and on about how good this was. Pasta Evangelists was a completely unexpected find, and it turned out to be one of the best (food-wise) meals I've ever had. When my wife wanted the Spaghetti with Cherry Tomato sauce, I thought she was joking. Plain old spaghetti ?! But it was her choice (we were sharing dishes), so we picked out two others that also sounded good (too much food, but there were so many delectable options, we couldn't resist). She added the burrata cheese to the spaghetti, and that was an absolute game-changer. The service at Pasta Evangelists was fast and excellent. The presentation was beautiful and sometimes quite unique (Rigatoni with Truffle Cacio E Pepe... served in a cheese wheel). Now, while the cafe area was beautiful, it was kind of like fancy cafeteria seating (we had other guests next to us on both sides). That being said, my wife and I had no trouble hearing each other, it just wasn't as intimate as a more traditional sit-down restaurant. When you visit London, you really gotta check out Harrod's. And when you're there PLEASE stop in the restaurant. Based on our enthusiastic recommendation, the couple next to us also ordered the Spaghetti with burrata. And (no surprise), they loved it too. If the other restaurants in Harrod's are even half as good as Pasta Evangelists, you won't be disappointed. Though obviously, I have to recommend Pasta Evangelists. I've enjoyed every place I've eaten at in two trips to London, but anytime I visit London in the future, this is the one place I will absolutely, without question, eat at again.

This is an amazing pasta bar inside the seated dining food hall at Harrods. We were looking for authentic pasta and this place really hit the spot. Service was fast and attentive. We were seated right away at the half circle pasta bar where you can watch all the chef action. The chefs are friendly and enjoy their work. Really liked the brand new crisp heavy weight paper menu showing the offerings with pictures. We tried the spaghetti dattirino tomato sauce with prawn add on, papadelle with beef ragu, and prosciutto pizza. Pasta is fresh and cooked perfectly al dente. The tomato pasta sauce is perfectly balanced. Also observed them making the lobster pica pasta looks like a must try. Paparadelle was nicely done with the beef ragu with tender brisket like meat. Prosciutto pizza was probably the easiest item put together but the pizza dough (premade from package) was perfectly crisped with the prosciutto and buffalo cheese topping. Strawberries lemonade really refreshing. Overall fantastic pasta bar at Harrods who always does it right.

We got a table in front of the kitchen. We love watching our food get made. The food is delicious. We all enjoyed every bite.

Everytime i go to harrods the pasta bar is always full so i decided to reserve it and try it since i expected it to be good. I tried it and it was okay for the price so not really worth the price. Feels bad for the chef working alone making the pasta and no one there to help him. Was nice could see how he could cook. If someone complains he doesnt wash his hands im gonna smack them. Now you know most chefs dont wash their hands thats what make it good. Nevetheless, it was okay and i wouldnt bother to go back again since it is not for me. Cheers!

Amazing food. Delicious pesto that's a steal for the price. Tiramisu felt like a religious experience. Will definitely hit again
