We do like this one best in all of Marshall for several reasons: 1) they make here a huge Apple fritter which no one else we have seen does. 2) the owner was nice and just gave us a donut to try since it was our first time in....see, people notice this stuff. 3) the bread, the croissant, was baked in such a way it was thinner and crispier and better than what we have tried at other places. 4) and last, the name is "Dragon Donut!" ....I would go to Dragon Donut any day over places named royal or palace or whatever...just because "Dragon" is in the name.

Sure, there were other boutiques open...but those that were in operation could be very pricey at times. This was before the days of Forever 21, of course. I immediately loved this place. For numerous reasons. The selection and stock offered by Trendy Chicks was great. Funky, glam and hip...styles to fit every type of personaity. The clothing is of good quality, and unique. They have everything from dresses, skirts, jeans to accessories like jewelry, purses, sunglasses, etc. You don't have to worry about seeing your dress or top on everyone else when you go out, etc. I also really value the service/care you recieve when shopping at the boutique. The owner is often there, and she is very personable and friendly. I always find something I can't live without when I stop by. When I came back I left my Hobby Lobby cart outside of my truck as I was waiting on my daughter to finish her business at Hobby Lobby then come get the cart and take it back to HL. The owner, Karmen, came by my truck pushing my cart and shaking her head. I just laughed because she was making an ass out of herself for no reason. I pulled up to HL to pick up my daughter and Karmen mouthed "trash" at me. For a business owner of an outrageously over priced kids store you'd think she'd have some common sense. What I think is interesting is that she appeared to be acting like "trash" for her behavior towards me. I wouldn't suggest this store to my worst enemy! Go to Dillard's for your children's clothing. Far more superior and excellent quality than what this store is providing.
