I have been through State Farm, Progressive, Travelers, and GEICO, and let me tell you, Liberty Mutual has been THE best auto and homeowner insurance provider for me and my family. Sadly, my previous insurance agent, Chad Evett, left LM. However, Ward Klicke took over and has done an excellent job as my new agent. I see why he is a lead role. I am in the process of moving and we have a bit of a unique situation. Ward was very patient, kind, and prompt with our requests. He was quick to get our new mortgage lender the information they needed to make our transition as smooth as possible. Ward is incredibly responsive and it is clear he cares about getting his work done right and doing right by his clients. Kudos to Liberty Mutual as a whole for the refund they gave their customers for COVID relief. They didn't have to, but since they did, they have earned my loyalty. My household has had David Shin State Farm as our Automobile Insurance for years - at least 10…read moreyears. Today we learned that they are no longer going to serve as our insurance. We had two cars stolen within a short period of time. We have had no wrecks or tickets. The stolen cars were no fault of our own and were totaled. This is horrible service. After years of loyalty to this office to have our insurance dropped over situations that are were not in our control and has had horrible financial impacts on our household - shame on them. Why have insurance if the reason to have coverage is why they cancelled our plan.
