Had them all picked out, knew what we wanted and esp wanted them to be received on Monday. Debbie was kind enough to take my call right when they opened. She paced our call professionally and when she needed repeat information it was no big deal. She partnered with me and didn't tell me how to navigate our ask. Anything we wanted, she advised and helped us get to a solution. By the time everything was in order it was less than 45 min which was a blessing considering the area of the country we were shipping to is about to get hit with a hurricane. She more than earned our repeat business and Griffin's Floral in Pataskala is in my phone as the first point of reference when flowers are needed. My first call was to be the New Albany store, however, their Monday hours were somewhat limited so I went to the next best thing. Pataskala. Little did I know we would come across the very best. Couldn't be more pleased and happy with our experience. Debbie ROCKS!
