Decided to come here after seeing their great reviews, and opted for a couple massage. We did their signature 60 minutes and coming into this, I've always had either deep tissue or Swedish massage. Never had I tried a Thai massage before so it was all new to us. Upon entering they offered us cold tea and explained what massage we would like to do and if we were ok with stepping during massage. Which was very appreciated! We had Anita and Mike and they were really good and very nice. They accommodated my partner since it was his first massage, however for me I was very familiar with deep tissue (lol!). I also added cupping as well. After our massage they gave us warm tea and paid via Zelle. They have a I believe a 3.25% charge with card. Will come back again! Their prices were very good. I haven't had much shoulder back pain since the massage and cupping and would like to try to come here maybe 1x/month. read more

Couples massage was outstanding! Mike & Anita were fantabolus! I had the Balinese massage and my husband enjoyed the Signature Patcha massage. Nice tea. Only small negative are the steps in the building to get to spa. 3rd floor I would prefer an elevator ride down after my wonderful massage. Great experience ‍! read more

I went back for a second time after what was turning into a stressful week. It's easy to get to and parking is available. It seems odd in the building until you open their door. Suddenly you are in a lovely soothing environment. Everyone is very nice and even the check in process is calming. I took advantage of a discount package for a scrub and massage. They were very good at setting expectations throughout the process. Both the scrub and massage were done with obvious skill. (Thank you Mike!) The scrub was amazing. I have crazy dry skin and now two days later it still feels so soft and smooth. The massage was exactly what I needed to relax and work out the kinks of sitting at a computer all day. Even though it was the end of the day I wasn't rushed out so they could close. I was so relaxed the rest of the evening and fell asleep within five minutes of closing my eyes. They don't answer the phone which is already a huge red flag so I won't be booking. I called twice wanting to schedule a couples appointment and got no answer. I know they were open because they close at 9pm I called at 8:30pm. I couldnt just make an online appointment myself because I'm at work and can't have my phone on me, when you schedule an appointment online it ask for your email or phone number to verify with a code and didn't have my phone which is why I called twice but mo answer smh. read more

An acquaintance of mine had recommended Patcha. Parking is semi-minimal; they're still building out at the time of my review so we didn't struggle with parking. As new tenants move In, plan to arrive early to find a good spot or get creative (curb parking) nearby. We booked a 2 hour couple's massage & opted for the Patcha signature. We were promptly greeted & served Thai tea which was phenomenal. The spa is decorated very nicely & their windows were overlook the skyline of Houston. It was my first Thai massage which was crazy (a good crazy lol) to think someone's body weight is knocking the tension/knots out of your body. Enjoyable though! I think she popped my back right in the middle where my bra band usually rests. I was hoping my hips would've popped from the twisting I was being pulled into but didn't happen! Lol still felt so good to be stretched out. The remainder of the massage was relaxing & renewing. We were served green tea as we made our way to the exit. We've done massage memberships at other places, we did a massage at a day resort on a cruise last year & this place is such a gem that exceeds all expectations with their care, hospitality & touch! read more

Wow! That was a wonderful massage, albeit short. They had a free head and neck massage today to celebrate their business and I'm so glad I took advantage of it. I wish I had time for a full body massage because if that short massage was any indication of what a full body entails, I'm definitely looking forward to making another appointment. The person I had did the perfect amount of pressure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Very polite and caring. This was my first visit and the hospitality, cleanliness of the spa, and service was amazing. They greet you with a refreshing tea and discuss massage options based on your intake form. I had the Ayurvedic massage instead of a deep tissue massage which is what I normally get, and this was more of a lymphatic massage. It was amazing and the therapist, Anita, was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, had the right pressure and continually checked in to make sure I was okay with the pressure when working on problem areas. Highly recommend. read more

Overall a clunky experience. My partner and I had a couples massage on Valentine's Day. We arrive a few minutes early and fill out the form and get some tea, that was nice. When we're welcomed into the room, the door opened maybe a foot because they squeezed two tables into a room intended for one table. Truly it was so tight we had a sliver of space to undress. That caused some squeezing between the tables of our massage therapists to get into cabinets and the hot rocks. Also after entering the room, we realized that maybe the people prior had left their shoes in the room or something as there were two pairs of shoes left under our tables that we handed to a worker- very bizarre. We were upsold the hot rocks and aromatherapy-not sure they even did the aromatherapy, and the hot rocks were used for a very short portion of the actual massage-a bit disappointing. Throughout the service, we could hear the receptionist laughing loudly through the wall which was very disruptive. Similarly with the door separating the waiting room and the main hallway with all the rooms, very squeaky and could hear it every time it opened/closed. On the massages themselves, my partner said his massage was nice, nothing to write home about. Mine was not great, the technique seemed unproductive and not hitting anything worth massaging. It seemed like she didn't know how to use the hot rocks productively as her technique around my neck was quick in strokes and not hitting the typical spots, I was still able to relax though. Everyone was nice and attentive, I think they have some kinks to work out and seemed unprepared for a busy day like that. read more
