From my very first appointment to "graduation" (as the wonderful front desk staff jokingly called the completion of my treatment), everything was smooth, professional and thoroughly explained. Dr. A. Katsnelson is simply outstanding! He is so gentle and skilled that I did not need any additional pain medication throughout the entire process. The entire team is friendly, welcoming and genuinely cares about their patients. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel comfortable and well cared for. The Treatment Plan/Estimate showed many discounts, but I got skeptical about all the "IF"s, contingencies, and additions, even before new implants, so I went to another, , surgeon, who did my bone graft and sinus elevation 2 days later, and his out-of-Network plan/estimate was lower than Dr. Katsnelson's in-Network Estimate/Plan. Also, this office took a $3,000 deposit, which other dentists usually did not do before completing the treatment. I attached my Treatment Plan/estimate from Dr. Katsnelson for your judgement. Today the office manager, Elena, called me to follow up, address my concerns, and answer my questions, and she impressed me by her courtesy, patience, attention to detail, and common sense, so I upgraded my review to 4 stars. Dr. Tatch is out of dental Network, and he was on vacation anyway, so I decided to check out a different (rather new) in-Network surgeon 3 miles from my home, and that guy gave me a page of "smoke and mirrors" with "big discounts" and a bunch of "IF"s and contingencies and additions, and that's before new implants, so I went to NorthShore Center for consultation anyway, and... OMG,.. I met Dr. Yost Smith, a very kind, patient, competent, intelligent, and detailed doctor, and I was so impressed that I scheduled my implants removal and bone graft right away for the next day, and - Attention! - their plan/estimate was lower than the other so-called "in-Network" guy. Next night something in my mouth woke me up - it was my 2 fused implants that fell out on their own. Dr. Smith was very skillful and patient again answering my new questions, and he never charged me for implants removal, no games or questions asked. The staff has been always amazing for the last 20-25 years, but this time I met a dozen new associates who were very caring, friendly, and skillful. Wow, what a great experience! I came here for 3 wisdom teeth extraction and the appointment time and locations were messed up…read more Luckily they still saw me as I had pain in 2 of the 3 wisdom teeth. The front desk a little unorganized, the surgeon was nice and informative. I choose to stay awake for my extractions and glad I did, it's pressed on me how to focus on my healing. Care was 4 out of 5 - they are not in network for Delta Dental and make sure you confirm prescriptions are sent BEFORE you leave the office.

I drive back out to the suburbs from Chicago (where I live and work) for appointments. Yes, he's that good! Dr. Moy is knowledgeable, gives advice without judging (even though we both know I need to do a better job of flossing) and he pays attention. Has different advice and tips and clearly knows his stuff. Yes, I've had cavities, but he makes the process as stress free as possible. His staff; Amy and Taylor right now, are super nice and always smiling. The office isn't opened on Fridays and only one Saturday a month. Patients here are very loyal so I suggest scheduling an appointment early. Do it now, you'll never have another dentist horror story. That's my promise to you.

Pursuant to the removal of my #17 erupted wisdom tooth by a non-specific oral surgeon who neither introduced himself by name nor returned to the room to discuss pain management or inquire in any way whatsover, my advice would be to avoid entities like this, these throughput mills based on volume, with poorly trained staff and impersonal providers. All in all, this non-specific oral surgeon did what he had to do. It would have been great if the guy could have asked "hey, asshole (that would be me), are you in pain"? Such did not occur and I was but just let it wane. There was nothing impressive at all about this office or experience and, save an emergency of epic proportions, I'd never return. One thing this pratice and experience did do for me, however, is remind me what an excellent, caring, competent and social well-adjusted primary care dentist, physician and endodontist I do have. The next time you think about using this practice do just that. Think about it, and find a different source.

Dr. Spiro is super knowledgeable on dental and health matters. Skilled and efficient in performing procedures, he is also patient and reassuring. He takes the time to get to know you and learn your concerns and your objectives (I can be budget conscious and intolerant to pain, and he always makes sure I am comfortable). Have gone to him for years now, he is a fun person that is easy to talk to with a great sense of humor. Even my kids like going to the dentist ! The office staff is also friendly and welcoming, a fun group that are truly enjoying themselves and making their dental office a great place to visit. Definitely my highest recommendation !
