Never believe on the estimate they provide for any treatment. There was a big difference between the estimate and the actual billing. I had my wisdom tooth extraction in April 2023 and the estimate for 2 wisdom extraction was given to me ~$271 and I was told that we checked the numbers with insurance and this will be approx. After estimate they got a document signed where it was mentioned that this is an estimate and actual will be after the treatment but you don't worry it will not be a big difference as we have already verified from Insurance but I recieved multiple bills after 2 months of treatment which was in total of approx $1000 to be paid from my pocket after insurance. Think of a gap between approx $271 to $1000 and when I called them then they were just keep saying, It was just an estimate and you signed it. You need to pay this and we can't do anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless someone need to take a risk of paying lot extra to them.

Dr. Moy is knowledgeable, gives advice without judging (even though we both know I need to do a better job of flossing) and he pays attention. Has different advice and tips and clearly knows his stuff. Yes, I've had cavities, but he makes the process as stress free as possible. His staff; Amy and Taylor right now, are super nice and always smiling. The office isn't opened on Fridays and only one Saturday a month. OMG,.. I met Dr. Yost Smith, a very kind, patient, competent, intelligent, and detailed doctor, and I was so impressed that I scheduled my implants removal and bone graft right away for the next day, and - Attention! - their plan/estimate was lower than the other so-called "in-Network" guy. Next night something in my mouth woke me up - it was my 2 fused implants that fell out on their own. Dr. Smith was very skillful and patient again answering my new questions, and he never charged me for implants removal, no games or questions asked. DR. NICKEL LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE! Prior to him, my health had declined for 25 yrs, not knowing…read morethe cause. Several auto immune diseases developed, to where many days I couldn't function. I found out through Dr. Nickel, I had blood infection and bone infection/dead bone in my jaw (due to a failed procedure when I was 15 yrs old to remove a wisdom tooth). That oral surgeon (don't remember his name) neglected to inform my family he left a portion of my tooth in me which became very neurotoxic. Prior to Dr. Nickel, I found out from a dentist, 30 yrs after the failed procedure, the wisdom tooth chip was still in me. So, a 2nd surgery attempt was made to remove the chip, but the tooth wouldn't budge and was on a nerve. The nerves were wrapped around the tooth. Another failed attempt! I actually almost died the next day from the infection being stirred and pushed further in me. I then met Dr. Nickel, who took an x-ray and showed me I had dead bone in my jaw. No dentist ever told me / showed me this on the x-ray. I was nervous for him to perform the surgery, after two failed attempts from past surgeons and almost dying the second time, but he was confident and put me at complete ease. I was also taken aback by his genuine, humble demeanor. He is a very kind-hearted, patient man and is the "go-to oral surgeon" in the area for complex patients. The procedure was a complete success! I had a 3-month, 6-month, and 18-month follow up and everything healed beautifully. There was no nerve damage, and my energy came back, among other things. The front desk a little unorganized, the surgeon was nice and informative. I choose to stay awake for my extractions and glad I did, it's pressed on me how to focus on my healing. Care was 4 out of 5 - they are not in network for Delta Dental and make sure you confirm prescriptions are sent BEFORE you leave the office.

I have been seeing her since November, 2023 to correct a very neglected mouth. She has the vision and foresight to know how to correct my problems (crossbite and multiple broken teeth). She has an extensive range of professional colleagues for referrals, if needed (orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons). My last appointment was a long 6 hours in the chair, and much of that time was spent laughing and sharing stories. (Who laughs and jokes while in the chair at the dentist?! Dr Konz provides a very relaxed atmosphere for both routine cleaning and more complex work (she did crowns, caps, and fillings, too, plus one emergency re-adhesion of a crown that came loose). Her hygienist team is always friendly, appropriately admonishing, and when they discovered an issue, as discreet as possible until Dr Konz confirmed their suspicions. I miss that office. Great work.
