When we asked her to change companies she told us to call escrow and arrange it...why will escrow do anything? Integrity Escrow has not responded to our request to explain why they have to many additional/made-up fees. We are closing on our 1st home in less than a month. Anna has made this experience a nightmare. We contacted the department of real estate and they asked for us to talk to her 1st. That will be impossible since she is very unprofessional and does not return calls nor emails.
