Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. This was said & done with out speaking to the doctors in the office. It's sad when staff run a business like this.

He should ask questions respectfully while he is confused with me not to mention being impatient. Also, during this treatment I was not sure why he was giving wrong signals as if acting sassy to me. We found out in emergency he had cancer. He died 6 months later. Since my husband's insurance plan was an HMO we had to have each specialist visit approved by Dr. Sun. He rarely approved and when we went to his office to speak to him when my husband was barely walking he did not come out. He never checked on him during the entire six months. I would not recommend this doctor. He does not care about his patients and due to negligence, my husband had stage 4 cancer and had trouble getting the care he needed because Dr. Sun didn't take the time to be responsible and approve other providers in a timely basis.
