I have old emails and receipts of payment to this business so my review below is to the correct business! Please see PIC! I went to see Attorney Jennifer P. Moore back in Dec 8, 2015. It seem like she's NO LONGER THERE.... At that time, I was starting the legal separation process and needed consultation and presentation. South Park Family Law was a referral. The consultation went smoothly. We agreed to sent a letter to the husband to start the proceeding. The fees so far was $10,000. I had to pay $2,000 upfront. 1,000 cash then later, $1,000 in credit. I was shocked but I desperate! Attorney Moore reassure me that all of this can be done smoothly. I walked away feeling pretty light. However, when I have time alone to think. I knew there's now way I can come up with $10,000. Even with the $2000 a month agreed. So as soon as I figure that I couldn't. I emailed Attorney Moore. Now this is where the problems starts. When she had my payment. The response to my emails was on point and fast. When I emailed her stating my problems and telling her there's now way I can afford her. The response took hrs and other responses even took a day to be return. One email, I asked, "have the refund check been mailed yet?" She said yes which was mailed out 3 days later than when she said. But when I asked which day exact did she mailed out. I never received a response. This is why I gave her and this law firm 1 star. I'm in service industry. My clients cancelled their appointments sometimes. But my treatments to them is still the same. I feel like in this case, as long as I'm paying, they will do their job. But once I can't. I was tossed aside. They never once thought this aftermath can leave a bad taste in me, that negative view lead me to write this review. Therefore if any of my clients ask if I know of any law firm(s) or attorney. In my mind. South Park Family Law won't be one of those.

Arrived at 7:30am, and it was almost impossible to find their "office" (as far as I can tell it is three small, separate conference rooms attached to the first floor lounge). There were no signs, no branding, nothing. We called the mainline four times asking for help, and each time they said someone from the Charlotte office will call us right back and they never did. After 45 minutes a lawyer called us and told us he was running late, and to just wait for him. We waited for another 15 minutes and were forced to leave due to work. The lawyer called us back at 8:45 asking where we were, and when we told him we had to leave he said okay and didn't even offer to reschedule. I don't want to be too harsh, but given the lack of courtesy, timeliness, and professionalism we received for a consultation, I would not trust them to represent us in court and we are going to work with another firm.

Of all the cleaning companies I contacted, Irish N' Clean was the most responsive and understanding of the unique situation (family and friends would be visiting shortly). Their cleaning team arrived on time and worked non-stop all day, through the evening hours to insure the home was in the best shape possible for the family and arriving visitors. When finished, the home was in such better shape for all of their work! I wish I had before and after pictures to help testify to their diligence and old fashion elbow grease. As a small business owner, it is refreshing to see others take such pride in their work.
