Carol is a wonderful instructor, a wealth of good information on a multiple of health related topics. She goes out of her way to create a community in each class. I have taken a number of Cheryl's classes too. She has a dynamite style, always encouraging. Helen teaches Yoga Tune Up. If you have not taken this type of class before it is a must. Those little tune up balls get into every nook and cranny helping to work out oohs and ahhs you didn't even know you had. And Helen is fab, positive, encouraging, eager to laugh. The studio is warm and inviting. Prices are competitive.

Used to work there, old owners were great when it was Summit Fitness and Sports but new owners not…read moreso good nor was I paid by them what I am owed. They put a lot of crossfit equipment in what used to be the Fitness arena which good for the people coming from the new owners old gym, but bad for the casuals that liked getting away from the regular gym. Most of the equipment is outdated and unsafe and I have been out of there a little over 2 months and still have not updated most of it. They do good things for the kids however some of the coaches there have no buisness being around kids as one beat up a teenager (real role model google his name) and another... well..... Made national headlines. And working there? Sucked!! The personal trainer left over from the old ownership used to have our Co-workers text her and call her everytime this certain guy came in with friends.. The kicker?? She's married! Was like working in a junior high and she always tagged the girls name in the screen as very rude names. Also made fun of a lot of the members which is not cool for a personal trainer. This is all my opinion based on what I experienced working there.

Following his instructions was easy and made a big difference in our success. Many of our guests had never paddle boarded before but everyone had a good experience. Fun for those who watched too. This will definitely become a tradition for our future Labor Day picnics!
