My doctor sent my prescription to this location by accident rather than the CVS I've been using. The medication is for the treatment of my ADD/ADHD. I recently moved to the area, so it's hard finding a doctor to begin with, so I have been without the medication for 5 months now. The pharmacist did not have the medication, but he refused to order it he said that he would not fill the prescription because this CVS is adjacent to a childrens clinic, and they don't use the medication. Hello, do you not keep narcotics either? I am now looking for a pharmacy in the area and will be moving all of my prescriptions there. My husband went to your Ocala Walmart service department to have an oil change. Upon leaving he…read moredrove less than 1 mile and the car was smoking very bad. He turned around immediately to return to your service department. The mechanic staff started questioning my husband if it smoked prior. He replied absolutely not the car is kept clean. You can clearly see that. They requested he open the hood upon inspection the dipstick was missing and oil was all over the right side of the engine and that's was unacceptable. One gentleman tries blaming the other for spilling the oil during the refilling process. He of course denied. Prior to leaving the second time, I looked underneath my wife's vehicle wet with oil and the ground had a small puddle from just sitting. Another gentleman found my dip stick that was missing. It was still inside the service garage. The 4th gentleman came out once he saw who my husband could only assume was the service manager talking with my husband along with the female cashier for the service department. He was very knowledgeable. He asked me to pop the hood again and start the engine. Once my husband started the car oil was spitting everywhere. He said just a minute I know what the other problem is. He came back with a new oil filter and a rubber washer/Gasket. Once he opened the oil filter housing he showed me, someone had forgotten to reinstall the washer/gasket. My husband was like "wow that's crazy." If he'd actually ignored the smoke and attempted to drive home roughly 20 miles the engine would have blown up. My husband requested the oil that was spitting all over the right side of the engine and bottom of my car be cleaned before he leave. He stated he couldn't. He wiped up as much as he could with a rag and sprayed water on the underside of my vehicle. My car is well cared for and well maintained. That doesn't solve the problem of the appearance of oil drips and splatter underneath my vehicle. What is your company's solution for cleaning my altar of the oil spill? It's not like the place was busy. So why the rush? What if my car is damaged? Who can afford new vehicles this day and age? The was irresponsible of what happened and what my husband experienced at Walmart auto portion of the store.

I don't play those games AT ALL, so I went back to Walgreens, who has ALWAYS kept my price THE SAME!! The Supercenter carries apparel, furniture, electronics, toys, hardware and other thing's and is quite large being 180,000 to 200,000 square feet. The Neighborhood Market is just what the name implies and is quite the place with your veggies, fruits, bakery items, deli, pantry items, meats, frozen, dairy products and other things like basic cleaning, basic Baby items, health, beauty and pharmacy. For a smaller store generally 40,000 to 50,000 square feet it contains quite a large selection designed for your convenient grocery run. You really feel part of the community walking into this particular Walmart Neighborhood Market and it's always a pleasant experience for me. The shelves are typically full and the quality is at least as good as your average Walmart. They have a good selection of food. The customer service counter never has much of a line. The reason for minus one star is that they are turning all their checkouts into self check out. I'm not shopping at your store so I can check my own self out. Get a little less cheap and pay some people to do the check out. I mean seriously, most of the people shopping in here are senior citizens and they don't need or want to be fooling around with the checkout machine. Other than that it's a great place.

The latest thing I've seen with my father's medication was an odd pill mixed in & that is extremely dangerous! I have pictures for proof & will be looking into this further. They don't return calls, they don't answer the doctor's line and don't even respond to the calls for their own main CVS. The way things get done is when they are threatened by customers in the store or by their CVS reps. Please find another place to go & don't chance getting medication from this store.
