After a year and a half later, my Crown has Seperated from my root canal causing Gum inflamation. So I walked in on January 6th. 2026 to get my tooth situation resolved. Karanjit D. Decided to shave my crown down and put a temporary as they get my new specialized tooth. It felt rush because I was basically an inconvenience to her and burned me twice. I did not receive any disclosures on what I am suppose to do after a temporary placement and was sent on my way. Unfortunately I took a flight next day to Washington and because of altitude I have received an immense pain on my gum area of my root canal. I then go to a dentist in Washington and they tell me that I have an infection between my roots. (In image) I then take my prescription and Call this Morgan Hill Dentistry and implants and make them aware of an infection happening inside. They schedule me in for the following week to later have disagreements with Karanjit D (business owner) I respectfully notified her about my Infection and I wanted to show the proof. she wasn't understanding , negligent to the matter and lacking care for her patient. She started to give me this attitude towards me after simply describing what has happened on my trip. As if she was the "professional" and I was the idiot not knowing what is going on. She stated if my pain has gone away and I said yes because I was taking medicine for my infection temporarily and she stated to come back to get my new crown and go on my way. I was then met with Dr.Dhillon. Respectful and understanding doctor. Did the crown install. From there a month goes by. I was then greeted by immense pain on my gums on March 7th 2026. and unfortunately has traveled down to my jaw. Where I have numbness and Bone loss on my jaw(in image). I had these 3D scans done at another Endodontics. Today at March 9th 2026. This all could of been resolved earlier if I was being heard and cared for. Now I might deal with bone loss and possibly a Missing tooth. Its frustrating indeed. How some Doctors after reaching a certain level in their career. They start to lose sight of how to treat returning clients after being told their work is always guaranteed. I hope this review can help others. Thank you.

Dr was kind, professional and gave me reassurance which helped me in making my decision to have my surgery in this office. I still have my temp plates in. Will keep u posted on transition to my permanent teeth

If I could give the policies and the schwduler negative stars I would..why isnt a cleaning(regular cleaning) a standard part of a check up? I have never been to a dentist that does this. I waited 20 minutes to see a dentist for 5, who tried to "sell me flouride treatment for $50 and a referral to see about removing 2 wisdom teeth. No cavities EVER. Why cant my teeth be cleaned? Why must I return in 2ish weeks for that? Non efficient. Not everything is black and white. A person with no dental issues should not have to make 2 separate visits. I know at the end of the day you want the $$ from Delta Dental, but honestly uour "office policy" is a joke!

Worst dentist experience ever. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for any Crown work with Dr…read moreShahrzad Afghani. Staff is very friendly but the procedure all in all has been taking a toll on me. Having to miss work alot just to get her mistakes fixed. Have been going back and forth with them literally every week this entire month of July. 1st week they did the temp crowns, and the crowns were too wide and sitting on top of my gum nerves which caused very painful headaches, pain in my gums, and waking up from it every 4hrs to take Tylenol. They did not provide me with any pain meds Dr Afghani said to take Tylenol with ibuprofen together and that should cause the pain to go away within the next 2-3 days. I called to schedule myself again to get them reconstructed this 2nd visit Dr stated that she was going to remove the temp crowns with out numbing me and if it hurts than she would consider numbing me. Which it doesn't make sense when i am already going in with pain that hasn't gone away, and I did tell her No i need to be numb i am not about to feel more pain than I already am, so they numbed me again and did the work better than the first time. The assistant was better than the Dr itself. If I knew her name I would mention it so, the manager can give that girl a raise she deserves. She actually took her time to file them down and polish them and fit to my liking and was very good, she kept checking making sure I was ok and to feel around to make sure they were sitting the way they were most comfortable for me. She also did the new dental impressions to have the same sizing for the next time i would go and get my permanent ones. 3rd time around I went for my permanent crowns got numbed again and basically i am back on sq 1 my crowns that were put in are sitting high and i told Dr Afghani that same day i was there and she said she didn't want to file them down too much, and if there sitting to high to call back and get it scheduled. I was already there and had told her and she didn't do anything about it. She basically was in a rush to go attend other patients which is understandable, but also she needs to learn how to give herself enough time to get her job done the right way. Now this 4th week im going back to get them filed down and i can feel that one of my crowns is a bit too wide and it's very uncomfortable when eating i can't chew solid foods on that side of my mouth due to the tooth sitting to high and bumping on my top teeth by this time, I should have been able to eat regular food and i can't. When I called I asked if a different Dr can do the filing and they said no because the Dr that started it has to do the work she started.
