I specifically asked about fillers, but instead Dr. P recommended Botox and assured me it would fix the issue. I paid for the Botox treatment, but it only lasted about a month and the line quickly came back. What was even more disappointing was the recommendation for a BBL treatment to remove the dark spots on my face. I trusted the advice and spent a significant amount of money on this treatment, but my dark spots did not improve at all. After the treatment, when I sent photos to the office showing that nothing had changed, I was told that I would need additional treatments that were never mentioned during my initial consultation, and those treatments would cost even more money. I felt misled and extremely frustrated. I spent a lot of money based on their recommendations and saw no real results. Instead of addressing the problem, the solution seemed to be recommending more expensive treatments. That experience felt very disappointing and unprofessional.

My dentist, who identified no general issue with my teeth, identified an area that needed a specialist such as Dr. Louria. Upon leaving, I called their office as I was literally walking out of my dentist and I was able to get in the next day. At that consultation visit it was determined that there was an issue with a crowned tooth and a root canal was recommended. Fortunately, again, they were able to get me in the next day. Due to my pain level and anxiety, I was able to get Halcion, a sedation med, and had zero pain, no concerns, it was a breeze. No pain during or since. There was cancer, which spread during this three months, and it has become extremely serious. Had he reported his findings in a timely manner, we could have removed the cancer by surgery. So today, June 21, 2022 was no different, only this time, despite my waiting 39 minutes, the Doctor would not even acknowlege or speak to me, when he finally popped up at 4:31 PM, calling for a "Robert" to come back. Ok, so I did arrive at 3:53 PM fpr my 3:45 PM Appointment, due to a slowdown on I-4. When I get there, the girl behind the desk tells me that they are totally booked and that I can't be seen. I then showed her in my calender that I was in fact scheduled for 3:45 PM and to please let the doctor know that I am here for my adjustment. Suddenly , Ms. "Politically correct, no-it all Michelle", rudely barks, "You were over 10 minutes late" of which I told her was not true, as 3:53 is only 8 minutes, and further to please send Dr. Yeomans to talk with me. I simply stated, "Very simple, go ahead and pull the tapes from my last visit and you will see that in fact you scheduled me for 3:45 PM, today, as I wrote in my calendar." I told her their was no need to argue or be "politically correct", just to look at the video and if I am wrong, then I would accept responsibility, as my appointment was never at 3:145 PM, on June 21, 2022. Obviously Dr. Yeomans nor his Office Manager, Michelle, do not care about the poor way his practice is run, as it is another boiler room, "Sears and Roebuck" type place. This was evidenced by the doctor, 2x seeing me, from the hallway, but never even acknowleging me nor seeming to care, even after I requested a brief acknowlegement from two members of his staff, while I sat "like a fool" to wait and waste over 30 minutes of my time, in addition to travel time to get to and from his practice. Further the lobby, of Phoenix Integrated medical, was backed up yet again via overbooking. Sorry, but this is not the kind of lack of service which is acceptable in the least, and as such, if you don't mind such a non-caring group, then please don't say you were never given a proper heads up. Remember, you have lots of choices for Chiro, and my advice is to patronize only an establishment which first and foremeost respects you as an individual, versus demonstrating a pompous tone by both the doctor and their staff. That's what makes him a great Dentist, and a man who only settles for doing top quality of work. DR Mohammad Kasem has been an absolute pleasure to have as my dentist. After working with him on my upper dentures, there's no one I'd have do any of my dental work then DR Kasem. When the time comes for my lower dentures, DR Kasem is the only one I'd trust. He understood that my wife and I are disabled, and live on a fixed income, and that we don't have dental insurance. With that in mind he worked with us to put together what needed to be done right away, and what we could put off until we could afford the other work that needs to be done. We have to drive an hour each way to go to his office, but it's worth the time and miles to have him as our dentist. He went through the complete process with my wife and I, so there were no surprises, which was great and reassuring to us. I knew what to expect on the timing from taking out my teeth, building up my gums so that I had a good foundation for my dentures, to what he would do to insure the best possible fitting of my upper denture. He explained to us the predicted timing of the whole process.  From having my initial dentures, to when I should roughly expect my final fitting, and why it was done that way. He assured me that if after what should be my final fitting I felt like something wasn't right, I could call and get an appointment, and he would work with me until I was happy with the fit and function of my dentures? Again all this made us more at ease with both the doctor and the process. My dentures fit so well that I don't need any Fixodent or any other denture adhesive to keep my upper dentures in place. My friends and family were amazed at how well my dentures looked, and that included my neighbor who works for another dentist. I would highly recommend DR Kasem to anyone looking for a dentist, especially if your looking at getting dentures or implants. I can't thank the DR Kasem enough for the great work he's done to give me back my smile. After going through this, I think of DR Kasem as more then just my dentist, I along with my wife think of him as a kind and caring friend.
