Our experience with Patio Screen Services, which installed our pool screen enclosure, has been marred by multiple problems within the first year. A primary concern is the inadequate attachment of the cage to the house, which was done using insufficient 2-inch screws rather than the necessary 5-inch screws. As a result, the cage has separated from the house. Additionally, the screen panels were not properly piped in, instead being installed as a single, continuous piece over the top. This oversight means that if a storm damages the screen, the entire 1500 square-foot roof would need to be replaced. The substandard workmanship exhibited by this company is unacceptable. Despite my efforts to resolve these issues with the owner, I have encountered significant resistance, reflecting the company's poor commitment to customer service and quality. read more
