Five stars, without hesitation…read more We recently had our existing 450 sq. ft. pergola reroofed with Hercules bronze polycarbonate after the old roof had become a constant source of leaks. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The crew was prompt, polite, professional, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. I was especially impressed with how they handled the curved front of our pergola. Because the trim couldn't bend to match the curve, they hand-cut each section to create a faceted edge that looks like it was part of the original design. The Hercules bronze panels also look fantastic with the existing cedar structure and give the entire pergola a clean, finished appearance. What impressed me most, though, was their customer service. We had added labor to install string lights we had already purchased, but when the crew arrived, they hadn't been told about it and the warehouse hadn't sent the hooks. I told them not to worry and figured we'd schedule it another day. Instead, they contacted their supervisor, and just a few hours later a third installer arrived with the correct hardware so they could finish everything the same day. That level of communication and follow-through is rare. The new roof looks fantastic, the leaks are gone, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Austen led the installation and exhibited such a keen eye for engineering and design. He ensured our roof sloped away from our home and also had many design options to choose from. It was not a cheap project, but you get what you pay for and we have been immensely pleased. There have been no leaks and the harsh southern sun is filtered by the amber cover we chose.
