Our yard has been neglected for months with little to no response from the company after numerous attempts to contact via text messages and telephone calls yet the auto drafts from our account are never missed. Our lawn actually looked better prior to these people coming in to cut it. If I could rate them fewer stars I would. Teno (who I very much find to be a great agent) was very professional over the phone and did not charge us for our service. However, given the actual quality of the work, we couldn't recommend to anybody.

Hubby noticed a Salas Services truck and work crew down our street. They were working for one of our neighbor who sadly lost a huge tree in their front yard. They told us they could get to us in a few days. A few days later the crew got to work. There was a branch stuck horizontally between two other branches and they were able to remove it along with some other damaged branches. They did a great job and did so at a fair price. I know that during emergency situations the price can often skyrocket (supply/demand) but they stayed fair. Great customer service and work ethic!

The fact is, h2oRx is a quintessential 5-star company. From Kayla, who professionally manages appointments, to the technician's helper who does all the heavy lifting and digging, h2oRx has the most skilled, customer focused employees I have encountered in the DFW Metroplex. Their office staff and technicians are simply the best! For example, my regular sprinkler technician of 10 years actually located and partially uncovered my leaking valve. When he saw the complexity and amount of digging required to replace it, he candidly admitted the repair was beyond his expertise. Raul and his helper from h2oRx did a masterful job of replacing the valve (see photo). Kayla had already told me what the repair would cost ($267.80) and the h2oRx team's arrival window. There were absolutely no surprises. In fact, Kyle Jensen was correct when he told me his company could have charged more for this job. I might have grumbled a bit, but the quality of work on this complex job would have absolutely justified a higher price. What caught me off guard was being charged the same amount for a second valve repair performed during the same visit--a simpler, quicker repair that required no digging. In retrospect, I overreacted to the pricing issue. h2oRx's pricing policies are ultimately their business, and had I known ahead of time that the second repair would also cost $267.80, I would have approved it anyway. So, if you want the absolute best sprinkler system evaluation and repair service in the Metroplex, I strongly recommend h2oRx. She said he turned the sprinklers on, saw that they were dribbling, ran his hand under the faucet and said "you have a pressure issue. This feels like a 45 and it should be 75. You need to call a plumber to increase the PSI". He did not use a pressure gauge of any kind. Today my new favorite plumber came (from Scout Plumbing - also does sprinklers, heat and A/C - highly recommend!!!) Come to find out one of the sprinkler heads was damaged and 2 zones were wired together in the control box. He replaced the sprinkler head, rewired a zone, and now everything is working great. So basically I paid American Sprinkler Repair $133.90 to come to my house to do absolutely nothing and provide completely incorrect information. Wish I could give zero stars...

After thirty minutes I called, and the lady explained her Microsoft calendar had not aligned properly with her husband, Wesley. We reset the appt. for the next Tues. Wesley showed with helper, and they quoted me an amount. We set the date for work on the next Tues. On Tues. They did not show up, but called. They had a man out, and could they come the next Tues. Okay, sure I should have stopped at this point, but I didn't want to start over. The worker showed up, late, and after awhile he came to the door, and said he was finished. Then he tells me he found a leak they hadn't seen before, and he went ahead, dug a hole, fixed it, and covered it back. But he had a picture of it on his phone. I tried to pay him, but he said I'd be billed. I sure was and it was twice the quoted amount. I was so mad, but I'd definitely handled it wrong, so I went to pay it. The inv. was emailed through Quickbooks, and they wanted me to enter all my banking info, to pay with a check. I may have some gray in my hair, and I may have handled this all wrong, but I'm not handing out my banking info to strangers. If I wanted to pay by credit card, I had to let them know, because they would reinvoice with 3% for me to charge it. I had to walk away I was so angry. 24hours later I got a dun notice. They definitely understand brass plumbing. They reinvoiced and I've paid. It's sad because I had a lot more work they could have done. Someone else will be doing it.
