My job gets us birthday cakes from the patisserie and they are delicious!! They have many different variations to choose from. They also have a bunch of different bakery items, my favorite's are the stretch bread and their breakfast croissants. The cake we got this year is a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting with a raspberry filling. It was delicious and went very quickly.

Stopped by with my family for pastries and coffee, but the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. We ordered three coffees inside and were told we had to pick them up outside at the "shed." When we walked up to the shed, the staff member seemed confused and asked if we needed to order. We explained that we had already paid inside, but she said she didn't receive a ticket -- and made us feel like we were trying to get something for free, which was honestly insulting. The worker then proceeded to make our lattes and put 2 very uneven tbsps of premade espresso in and filled the rest up with milk. I asked if the drink was supposed to have more coffee, and she replied that it came with "two shots of espresso." For reference, one shot equals roughly 2 tablespoons, so two shots should've been about 4 -- not 2. But at that point, I didn't even bother arguing. As expected the "latte" tasted like and was essentially just straight milk. When got back to the car we saw the worker sprint inside presumably to go check whether we had actually paid which again is just incredibly insulating. I ended up just throwing mine away and going down the street to another breakfast spot but my sister kept hers and gave it to one of her older kids. The cherry on top is that we ended up finding a tiny fly in it my sisters after her kid finished half of it. Waste of money and will absolutely never be back.

This "stretch bread" is probably the best bread I've ever had in my life. Like, fa sho. I don't have a picture of it because we ate it at the Sherwood Inn and stupidly didn't get more when we came here the next morning. A lovely local chef advised me to get the chocolate chip cookie and the blueberry scones - they were out of the latter, but the chocolate chip scone was so delish and the cookies were oh so good! Will def be stopping here for some stretch bread next time I'm in Skan! Service is fast and friendly, prices are great, actually couldn't believe how good their prices are. It's just big enough to stand in line inside but there's some outdoor seating if you want to sit down to eat. Just wish they had some more drink options. Get the stretch bread, it will change your life.

Last year, I went to Paris. Patisserie brought me back a bit! I loved this adorable bakery and ordered way too much from it. Patisserie offers a variety of muffins, cookies (try the Half Moons), croissants, scones, cupcakes, giant cakes, and other incredible treats. If you're planning an event, they did have wedding cakes in the front of the stores, so I'm assuming they would do that as well. For a bakery in Skaneateles, they have great hours and great prices. Many businesses close early in the area, but Patisserie is open every day until 5 p.m. There's not a lot of seating, as people tend to take their food and go, but they do have some table and chairs outside of the bakery, which is a beautiful place to bust your daily calorie allotment for the day. Highly recommend!

Used them for our wedding cake in 2017 and it was perfect! We had three tiers, two different flavors, and came back for a cake topper on our first wedding anniversary! We even had a cake sampling before our wedding to decide the flavors. My brother married in 2023 and we used Patisserie again for their wedding cake which was cheesecake with gold leaf designed mountains on the side, it was gorgeous!

A cute little spot right behind one of the blue mansions sitting on the main drive of Skaneateles. If you like your sweets, then this is the place to go. I got the cheesecake bite, the chocolate croissant, and their apple tart. The cheesecake bite was delicious- a good balance of tang and sweetness, this paired nicely with their their granular graham crust. It was not too sweet. Their chocolate croissant was also good too. however, because they like their sugar here, I thought their apple tart was a little too sweet and overpowering. I like apple tarts with a bit more balance in flavor- a little tartness to make the apples taste fresh. instead a thick crust that was supposed to resemble a crostata made this too thick - the apples and cinnamon were a little sickly for me. I would recommend a dash of lemon juice to keep this flavor fresher. Instead it tasted like sugar and cinnamon without the apple. Order take out only and sit outside to eat- a cute spot.

Went in during the Dickens Festival, so beautifully decorated and smelled great! Brought home a bag of goodies including the not too be missed Stretch Bread. Great prices. Small reception area but line goes pretty quickly.

This place has gone downhill recently. Portions are smaller and prices are higher. The quality isn't what it used to be either. Most recently, I ordered this cupcake, it was under baked and the decoration was very sloppy and poorly done.

This spot is perfect to get some pastries and some stretch bread. They always have something new to try and they never disappoint! Whenever you're in Skaneateles just walk down to the Sherwood Inn and then walk behind it and you will see this cute little bakery hidden in the back!

My family and I spent the day in Skaneateles on Friday and was just walking around the town when we stumbled upon this place! It is so cute and right in the middle of town, but can be easily missed so keep an eye out for it. We wanted a little snack and got the Rosemary Foccacia, which was warm and DELICIOUS. The bread lasted us the rest of the day and was extremely fresh. We are 100% coming back here again and checking out the rest of the pastries!!

They also sell some very cute greeting cards, earrings, magnets, etc. We ordered two drinks (Ube Espresso, Crème Brûlée latte), a flower pot mini cake (chocolate cake with raspberry filling in a decorative flower pot), a crème brûlée donut, and a spinach puff. The desserts were good, with the flower pot mini cake being our favorite. The chocolate cake was moist and the raspberry filling was balanced. We didn't love the flower frosting on top, but it was very pretty. The donut was very unique and filled to the brim with a fluffy cream - though we both thought it could've had a bit more flavor. The dough was perfect - soft and pillowy. The crème brûlée top made for a fun eating experience as the thin hard sugar had a satisfying crunch. The spinach puff was also delicious. Flaky pastry and cheesy filling - very comforting. The stars of the show were the drinks. The coffee was superb - balanced, smooth, and rich in flavor. While I didn't find the ube flavor to stand out, the ube espresso drink was still one of my favorite coffee drinks I've had. The Crème Brûlée latte was my friend's favorite - it was the perfect dessert drink. It even had the sugar crust on top. I would definitely come back to try more of their menu!

Kind of sad to see it gone after seeing it my entire life. There is a bakery there now. It's basically strictly...order and pick it up type of place. They sell cookies and other pastries at the front. It's a "help yourself" and you scan a QR code to pay. So! Ok, I do love the new technology where you can eat out and scan a QR code and pay that way. Or using a QR code for so many other things. I don't however like this set up. I think it's really weird. Cash is also an option here. I wanted to originally pay cash. I got 2 cookies and a brownie. Says "ring bell if you need change" I press the little button 3x and I can see people in the back. Not one person came out after I hit the button. That's booooo! It's like, why have it if you're going to ignore it?! Just close the doors to the public and have it strictly as an online business. I love love trying bakeries like this vs buying anything store bought. When I'm home, I look for places like this, Amish farms, Mennonite farms..any place that sells fresh baked cookies. In Idaho we don't have many great bakeries and if they are around...they are miles away and driving in Boise traffic these days is SO NOT worth the hassle for a cookie lol Also, if really don't eat many cookies and stuff but shoooot when I'm here in NY visiting and I'm close to Amish and Mennonite farms where they make INCREDIBLE baked goods...I definitely indulge lol. The cookies here and brownies were... ya know, good, but would I write home to mama about them? Nah. Hell, I'm staying at my moms and I didn't even tell her about them after I ate them. The cookies were pipe $2 a piece, I think, small brownie was $3. Honestly, cookies should be .75 and brownies... $1.00 There was really no variation in tastes between the two. They use something in their baked goods that made each one taste exactly the same...except you obviously could taste the chocolate on top of whatever they use, in the brownie. Would I recommend? I mean, maybe? If someone asked, I'd be like "there's a bakery in downtown Geneva, buuuut..." and then shrug my shoulders and give that crooked mouth look like... meh Now, maybe their cakes and whatever else they make are bomb af. I'll never know bc 1) I won't be going back lol and 2) I don't see myself ever buying a cake. Again, I see bakeries like this, it's a small business, I love supporting small businesses especially in a town where I grew up, went to high school in, etc...I see them and have to try. I tried it and now... I'm good: I can't say anything about the staff, because they ignored me lol, the place is small, it's clean. It's a bakery haha! Thanks for reading. Cheers, YelperSweets!

Well before it's charming renovation, back to when it had leather bar stools at the bakery counter and Jim in the back making the best apple fritters you've ever had. I come whenever I'm in town and it's always good. I think more than anything I come for the nostalgia. The Rice Krispie treats are always a solid pick and I enjoy them a lot. Same with the smiley face cookies, the bakery frosting is the best. I got a parfait for the first time since high school though and was sorely disappointed. They used to use wake robin yogurt (which I do remember them discontinuing some years ago), but now the yogurt is SO sweet. Overall it makes the parfait too sweet with the homemade granola and blueberry coulis. I couldn't help but notice how much smaller the parfait portions are too. They used to be full sized cups and now they're nearly half their former size which was definitely disappointing considering the price has certainly not gone down. In summary, the bakery will always hold a special place in my heart. Been going since I was a baby. The treats are good, sandwiches are solid, and they have a wide variety of beverages. Steer clear of the updated parfait though
