The staff was great and were clearly working hard. I highly recommend using the app or website to order ahead and using their check in system. There is a small board inside that lists a few names of orders they are working on and that helps knowing how close you may be to getting your order. They are expensive cookies, no doubt about that and may be best to moderate for both your wallet and sweet tooth. Here is some information I gathered during my visit: Parking - small open lot in front of the shop but they have additional parking in the back. I stopped by on a Thursday around lunch and three other cars were in the front lot. Service - this shop doesn't seem offer a dine-in experience, it's more of a grab and go. The blonde lady behind the counter was cordial and helpful in my selection. Food - as soon as I walked in I noticed the glass cases full of delicious looking pastries. I practiced self control and only purchases one cookie. For lunch I bought the stuffed bread (their lunch special) with pepperoni. That stuffed bread can definitely feed three people. Price - my stuffed bread plus raspberry cookie all came out to $7.95 with tax. This is extreme reasonably priced considering how big the stuffed bread is. I'll definitely be coming back to try some more pastries.
